I had a really positive experience with Phil and Anita during HRV instructions how touse them. They were both friendly, patient, and very clear in their explanations. They took the time to walk me through how HRV works, what the numbers mean, and how I can use the information day to day.
Phil explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and Anita made sure I felt comfortable asking questions and checked that I’d understood each step before moving on.
Overall, Phil and Anita gave me a really helpful and informative introduction, and I’m grateful for the support they provided. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing an HRV.
