Hello I'm Ashika Morgan, a certified Gentle Sleep Coach! I work with parents to overcome their children's sleep struggles so the whole family can get the rest they need. My methods are gentle, respectful of all parenting styles and life style choices; and are curated to the temperament, age and developmental needs of each child. As a baby sleep coach, I also work with parents of newborns or expectant parents in establishing healthy sleep habits right from the start so they can gently shape their newborns to be great sleepers and avoid some of the struggles that many families face later on.
