Review of Ian Corden Windows. Fitted Bay and Landing.
Service and manner were amazing. Such a lovely, personable guy. I felt in safe, honest hands. Had a few quotes from other companies but non compared to the level of service received from Ian.
The quality of workmanship, the speed from ordering to fitting and the efficiency in the day and follow up were fantastic. I will be using Ian again for other work and recommending Ian to everyone and anyone who asks.

You could be put off by the reviews of some people but unsure how they can review something that hasn’t actually happened. To leave low reviews on small businesses in relation to them not quoting should be banned.

I was told I would receive an email with a quote.

Over 3 weeks on and numerous phone calls and emails and nothing received.

Find it bizarre that someone would visit and then don’t have the manners to say no thank you the job is too small or they are too busy.

Very disappointed.

Replaced failed Kitchen window double glazing unit. Very knowledgeable, competitive quote, straight forward, easy to get hold of and turned up when they said they would. Professional no-mess job done. Highly recommended.

Called and made an appointment for the next day didn't turn up.no phone call or message left it a couple of days still nothing.

Wanted to use a local company and was the first choice as we had seen his advert in local magazine

Used Ian Cordon Windows several times over last 10 years on two properties, all the work (doors, windows and Patio doors) have been excellent quality, and the price has very reasonable, especially compare to the big named/advertised firms.
You can tell its a small family business, the service and after care is much better. Had a minor problem with a patio door several years after fitting, called and Ian dropped in the next morning to fix. If you can find better service than that, well i'd be surprised.

Ian and his team have so far supplied fitted French doors and a front door for me. Both have been done with excellent workmanship and quality products. Prices are reasonable and the fitters amiable. They cleared away the rubbish and left things neat and tidy. Ian himself actually came around to do the original quotes. He's a long way removed form the slick and pushy double glazing salesman that the large firms employ. He's just a really straightforward, knowledgeable, competent tradesman. Really easy to deal with.
