Delivered as advertised
Good communication and parcel tracking. I had the part shipped to IRL and forwarded by a relative as currently no UK shipping. Works great. Totally frees the bike. It is pricey for what it is. But.. how else are you going to do it.

Works like a charm
Communication about delivery was good.
Installing was quite easy, although it takes some effort to place the device within the frame of the bike. But it fits in de CGO600 PRO frame. Install manual could be a little bit more elaborated.
To reach 32km/h you have to pedal quite fast, but the bike experience is a lot better now, so a well deserved five stars for iapp!

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. Does what's promised. The removing of the 25km/h wall is a blessing. I feel now the bike finally feels how I hoped it would be feeling. Responsive, fast and dynamic. Truly amazing.
It even has a disable mode (I got furious because I thought it was broken, but it's not a bug, it's a feature). It was however my fault for not reading the manual.
Everything in the customer journey was on point. Communication about delivery, documentation availability, all of it was more then I expected. Big compliments to iapp!

This is just an absolutely great driving experience and totally thrilled me and it upgrades the bike significantly. The ordering process was also super. I was informed at all times about the current status of my order.

Very awesome product! Finally I feel free on my bike and can ride at the cadence I want. The company communication is very good (on when the product can be delivered) and then it will be delivered in the week as promised. The service is also incredible, fast response to email and guidance on the install is terrific (great manuals)! If I could rate them 6 stars, then they would definitely deserve it!
