Disgusting

Disgusting and waste of time going through this company .ordered a bath and my god what a hassle , had to speak to several different staff than got told different stories by everyone we spoke to.
Set a delivery date for the bath but got told there were comming and than got told they would have to rearrange another date , the day comes , than gets told the delivery man hasn't turned up , than our product got losts so had to wait a further week with still no bath , in the meantime we are chasing the company everyday to find out what 's happening , than final straw was when we got told a delivery was now next week instead of today .had enough and by this time demanding our money back which we did get back , asked to speak to manager and all she could say was sorry , not good enough and you should be shut down as we are not the only unhappy customers. In the end still no
Bath and stressed out customer. Ibathuk you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Do not buy from this company

I purchased a bath for £569.99 from this company through eBay, the delivery date came and went and I had received no contact. I emailed them and didn't receive a response, so I emailed them again threatening to report them, and received a prompt response advising the product had been discontinued. Despite this they are still advertising the product and taking money from unsuspecting customers! I did receive a refund (make sure if you do purchase from them you have the eBay money back guarantee), I have also reported them to eBay but they haven't done anything about it. I have been sending them regular emails asking why they are still advertising the product and they have now said they have a new supplier so it is available, so I have asked that they dispatch it to me and I will pay immediately upon receipt. I very much doubt I will ever see anything though. This company also goes under different trading names: Luxury for Less & Fresh Bathrooms.

Dishonest, disorganised, and selling items online they do not have in stock.

Don't be deceived by their swanky eBay shop, they are awful. First problem with the order was the shower thermostat which they claim was new and instead I opened the box to find it full of water and obviously a returned item. They claimed it was from quality control testing.

Then when the toilet was fitted it was cracked and leaked out of the bottom. I phoned and was referred to aftersales, but they don't seem to be in the office much and they send an automated email saying because of unprecedented demand, they might take up to 72 hrs to respond. They didn't respond at all so had to follow up again, with another phone call and email.

Promised the replacement toilet would be delivered on 1st June, but instead got an email to say it had been dispatched and tracking number to follow. No tracking number arrived, but they followed with an email to say the toilet was out of stock. Their eBay store claims they have more than 10 in stock.

I spoke to a guy today who could not sound less interested, and suggested I put a contemporary toilet in our Victorian bathroom.

So I have opted for the refund, though have not yet got it, but they will take your money and say anything to get you off the phone and fob you off.

They are dishonest to the point of being fraudulent, claiming they have items they do not, but will take your money anyway.

excellent customer service. really can't fault them.

ordered a radiator from them in Jan, finally had it fitted in July, fitted fine - but after just one day developed a leak. Wasn't happy as you can imagine. However, their customer service was outstanding - just wanted me to send a pic of the leak, to check it hadn't been damaged due to poor fitting I guess - and arranged to send a replacement out within 24 hours. No quibbling, no messing about getting the faulty item returned first - that's how to keep a customer happy when something goes wrong.

Terrible products, awful customer service!!

We bought a thermostatic shower controller with a 10 year guarantee which broke after 2 months. I have spent the last week and a half (without a functioning shower) emailing back and forth trying to get ibathuk to exchange this rubbish product. Ideally I want a refund. I have sent the requested photos, the paypal receipts, everything they have asked for and each time there is another reason why a replacement product cannot be sent. I am now going to go via paypal and get a refund but I advise everyone to steer clear of their products as their guarantee stands for nothing!!

Awful - Avoid

Ordered two straight thermostatic electric radiators via eBay from this company and was sent one curved and one straight.

This was only discovered once we turned up at our customer's property but, not wanting to be delayed any further agreed to accept the curved version on agreeing a discounted price.

However, we then discovered that not only was one radiator wrong but they hadn't sent the thermostat's which we expected to be in the packaging.

It took iBath 3 days to respond to my email as there was absolutely no chance of getting them to answer the phone - the number they provide you with just constantly rings out.

Upon threatening them with a dispute case we eventually got the stats on a 24 hour delivery. No mention of sending a replacement straight radiator though eh.

So, Bob's your uncle we thought... Fit the radiators and go to fit thermostat number one.

Dink... the plastic casing covering the electrical components falls off. Just like that. As the rage begins to take over fit thermostat no.2

Good good, no casing falling off. Let's give it a try.

Turn the thermostat valve up to full.... and it just keeps burling round and around and around and... you get the picture.

Terrible quality so I say to my pleasant customer - "Em, they thermostats are faulty"... Our customer states, quite rightly, "not my problem."... "Oh" says we. "I'll see what I can get locally." "You do that" she says.

So pops off down to Toolstation and gets what I need to finish the job. We do this. Customer nearly a happy bunny now.

Get home, send iBath an email... and another... and another... and I'm still waiting for any form of dialogue offering either a refund, apology or acknowledgement.

Disgusting company who have no ethics.

So I'm taking them to court where I intend to claim for all my losses and time.

And I'll win.

look at the picture !!!

bought a shower door, door is really good quality and value for money, unfortunately it didn't say whether the door was right or left opening and I wasn't asked if I wanted left or right opening so I presumed it could be put either way, when it came it opened from the wrong side and wasn't reversible when I contacted the store I was told it was my mistake and had to pay a courier to return the item which cost £35. when I said that I had not been asked which side opening I wanted I was told I should have looked at the picture.
