Great product

Great product! Horrible experience with FedEx delivery. I did not request signature required, but delivery was delayed almost 2 weeks because of it.

Ridiculous experience...

We ordered a custom round Chic 46" lighted mirror with a black frame. It had to be this specific size to fit between already existing lights in our bathroom and between some shelves. Since it was a custom size it was more expensive and it was going to take several months to build. All things we knew and agreed to. About 3 months later we get an email for tracking and the mirror shows up and it is 46" SQUARE, not round. We were pretty disappointed since we had waited so long and already had tradesmen in to add electrical and a switch for the mirror. We contacted the manufacturer and after a little bit of resistance (questions like, "Are you sure you can't make it work?") they agreed to reorder the mirror and told us just to keep the square one since the shipping would cost so much. However, it was going to be another 3-month wait. Three months later we once again get the package and open it up and it's a round, black framed, Chic, lighted mirror. Except there was one problem, it was 48", not the 46" we ordered. Honestly, we didn't even bother calling them back to make it right. It was 6 months to get two incorrect mirrors shipped probably from overseas to Canada, then to us in the United States. We were over it. It cost us more money to move lights and shelves. But come on, get some quality control. Even the simplest quality control, open the box and make sure the product is right before you send it to the customer...

Beware of Audrey in customer service!

Absolutely horrible shopping experience. Audrey in the call center was rude, misleading, unprofessional and impossible to talk to. I am a repeat customer and called earlier this summer to order another mirror. I spoke to Eudilor, who was fantastic - she rewarded my continuous loyalty by providing a 30% discount on the new mirror. I placed the order with the 30% discount (credit card charged and invoice showing 30% discount). I soon realized that the dimensions of the mirror I had paid for were too big, so I called and spoke to Eudilor again, asking her to change my order with a smaller mirror, to which she agreed again via email to keep the 30% discount. Unfortunately the mirror was out of stock, but she promised in writing that once it is in stock, she will apply the 30% to the order, and refund the difference from the bigger mirror that was paid for. Fast forward a few weeks, the estimated back in stock date gets pushed out for 2 more weeks, so I kindly ask Eudilor to refund my credit card for the initial order amount (for the bigger mirror), and once the smaller mirror gets back in stock, I will call IB Mirror to place the order. Finally after that delay, a few weeks later, mirror gets back i n stock. I call customer service to place the order, but Eudilor was sick and I spoke to Audrey instead. I explained my past conversation with Eudilor, showed her all emails exchanged, and she blatantly refused to apply the 30%. She started treating me like I was some sort of a criminal, asking endless questions about my who my contractor is, if I work with an interior designer, how many mirrors did my contractor / designer ordered from IB Mirror in the last year (as if I could've asked them such an intrusive question!), how did I get the 30% discount (although it was all in an email), etc, etc. I initially thought she was doing all this to help me, but instead she revoked the discount, saying "she owed us nothing since my credit card with the initial 30% off was refunded" (at my request though, since IB Mirror kept pushing back the restocking date) and if I don't like it, I should look on Wayfair or somewhere else. I was shocked by Audrey's unprofessional and rude attitude, and so was my husband who also talked to her. After an endless back and forth and hours spent on the phone, we cut the mental damage and placed the order without the 30% discount, but will be sure to never shop with IB Mirror again, since they are misleading and treating customers in such a way.

Beware the cabinet!

Bought a lit cabinet. NOWHERE on their website do they inform you that these cabinets are hinged on the left and, unlike every other medicine cabinet I've ever bought, cannot be reversed. So now I have a very expensive cabinet that I cannot use and they will not let me return. Terrible customer service! Never again.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. Bought many mirrors for a construction job. One needed to be replaced for a smaller one. Their reply was SORRY NO RETURNS. Will never use them again.

EXPENSIVE RETURNS TO/FROM CANADA

Pictures on the site’s product pages are Not Representative of the actual products!

Products ship from Canada, making returns difficult and Expensive!

I would rate this company 1-Star, but the customer service is actually pretty good. CS try to mop up the mess, but still It’s Painful & Expensive.
