I was in the middle of a main bathroom renovation and was not finding the right size, right color towel warmer. I contacted IB Mirror and the rep was very helpful, informative, and attentive. Not only did I find the perfect towel warmer for my new bathroom, I also received it very quickly and in mint condition. Delivery time was a key concern for me and IB Mirror shipped it immediately and offered great communication throughout the whole process. This is a high end company that I would highly recommend to anyone. Oh, and yes, the towel warmer is beautiful, excellent quality, and works as intended.

A great experience overall

The order was shipped quickly and when received I found it had been packed very well. Mirror arrived in perfect condition. My girls were quite happy with the features and quality of the light and mirror itself. The bluetooth feature also works well.

The Rhea is a handsome device, and installs easily but beware, the heat output and resulting temperature (around 110 degrees) is insufficient to warm a towel. The industry standard is more in the 130-150 degree range.

Had some shipping and configuration issues none of which were IB Mirror's fault. Matthew tracked down and corrected the shipping issue as well as came up with a very cost effective fix to light color that I incorrectly chose. I really appreciate his professionalism in getting me what I needed during a busy holiday season.

Excellent experience overall. High quality LED mirror that I've seen. Most impressed with customer service and responsiveness. Corner of mirror was somehow cracked (1 inch but noticeable). Corner of shipping carton had been damaged. Company responded quickly and to our satisfaction. Matthew was professional and mirror was replaced within days. Highly recommended.

Expensive but purchase has no issues and mirror shipped on time. We didn’t open the box for 2 weeks as no damage in shipment. After 2 weeks at the time of connecting wires it’s not functioning correctly. We called to get exchange or return but answer was No and we have to go through warranty repair. Very disappointed to have a brand new item go through repair and fix on the wall.
