Delivered on time. Good towel warmer.

Ordered a towel warmer, which wasn't cheap. Noticed it "shipped" quickly but was stuck on label created for well over a week on fedex tracking page. Called company and they said fedex lost package and they will ship another. Same thing. Fedex label created but nothing more than that on tracking. Company claims fedex fault, but can't cancel my order and refund. They said wait for it to arrive and ship it back. I asked if they would provide a free label to return the item since I wanted to cancel it, and the person said they didn't know if they could do that. So, I have no clue when and if I'm getting the item and I'm currently out over 700 dollars. I have filed a claim with my bank account. Hopefully, others have a better experience, but I will never purchase from this place again.

We received our order promptly. Our delicate mirror was well packaged and in perfect condition. Our builder installed it without mishap. We had a question on dimming the light which was immediately answered and it works great. 5 stars out of stars.

I am Disappointed in its lack of brightness. I expected more light to come from the mirror as with its competitors. I planned on installing a dimmer switch to control the mirror lighting but it’s so dim at full power it’s not necessary. Won’t buy again. I’ll be purchasing a different brand for my clients main bath remodel instead of these, which is a shame as I need 3.

Received a broken mirror, they wouldn’t replace it. First experience with IBMirror was great, second, terrible.
I received an email after ordering my mirror that I thought was a confirmation email for my order (which I never got in actuality) so, to my own demise I did not read it thinking it was just confirming my order. Turns out they had a 14 day return policy I wasn’t aware of in that email. Pretty short time frame thinking I had at least a month if it was damaged. Being there was no damage to the box, I did not open it till it was time in my bathroom remodel to install it, only to find the glass shattered. Even after sending pictures of the in tact box and shattered mirror, was the shipper FedEx’s fault, I was told I was less than two weeks over the return period. They offered me a replacement of my $1,020 mirror for an extra $570. Found a better mirror with more features and 100% shipping guarantee no questions asked for $540 brand new elsewhere shipped for free in less time. They have lost a customer for life and I will not purchase from them again. The support guy, Matt, I do not blame. This is on IBMirror.

As a designer/contractor I order a lot of mirrors from IBMirror and have been consistently pleased with the quality and pricing. We love our new mirrors. The first one we ordered was damaged and customer service was prompt and courteous with getting us a new one. We were initially concerned about how much light was emitted but once we got the first one we immediately ordered a second as it put out plenty of light for the bathroom. We will be ordering two more once we remodel the last bathroom. This is a quality product and worth the money.

Good packaging. Mirror arrived as expected, no damage. Install hardware was solid. Everything went as it should!
