I originally purchased the Thermis Towel Warmer through Wayfair.
Fast forward 3 years - the Towel Warmer is no longer working, I contacted the company to have it covered by their "5 year no quibble warranty" but they refuse to honour their warranty because it was purchased through Wayfair.

These are great mirrors- arrived very fast and great packing!

They look great and the price was fair.

Will use them again- 100%

Exceptional customer service and help. Background information…we ordered 2 mirrors and a towel warmer from IB Mirror for a master bathroom remodel. The products were ordered months before the remodel was to start to make sure all materials were on site before demo started. As each of these items came in we checked them for damage and silly us (my husband and I) didn’t realize that when the towel warmer arrived that there was also a install package that should have been included….so now when our contractor looked at the warmer to check for electrical install instructions and components…much to our surprise we realized there were none. A call to Aaron (customer service) and the IB Mirror Team and the install components are on their way. The IB Mirror Team was very helpful and responsive. A big Thank you to All.

I renovated a bathroom 2 years ago and the contractor installed a Harmony backlit mirror. It no longer lights up. The support department will not help you if you don't have the order number from the original purchase. I did not ask for warranty support or anything for free. I merely wanted the manual so that I could repair it. Support is worthless, warranty is worthless. Suggest purchasing from a reputable vendor.

we purchased a 40 x 85 harmony mirror
worked for less than a week. The lighted trim of mirror was only working on 1 side.
The contractors would only be on site for a few more days. No choice but to order a 2nd mirror. The original unit is in my closet !! What a waste
Sent a note to the company but no one responded.
Wasted approx 2,000.00

I loved the product, but not the shipping. It was fast, but my boxes were damaged and made me worry about my product inside. I wasn't able to tract the delivery, and didn't know when it was left leaning on my garage doors.. They didn't even take them to my porch.

Flexibility of having to change delivery address; fair wait time for delivery; and love the product overall. Definitely looks perfect and really cool!

Aaron and IBMirror helped save my closing on sale of expensive home in California during my escrow. The otherwise beautiful and trouble free illuminated mirrors in master bath had one decide to separate from the hinge breaking the corner on the sink below. It wasn't fixable but thanks to 5 year warranty the company immediately recommended replacing the entire face which I could then easily install myself. The mirror was 3 years old and with most companies I would have been out of luck. I had only a week before closing but they shipped out the same day and then helped with a FEDEX problem in transit making sure it arrived on time. The new owner was not made to deal with this and many companies would not give the prompt, courteous, efficient and successful service of IBMirror. Aaron especially even responded to followup on holiday weekend by email. Trust this company to back its product.

Their black Hestia towel warmer has a problem in that the finish falls off the weld joints at each joint. This company will not back their own warranty and are not responsive to problems.

With help from online chat, got it ordered. Received as promised, and installed easy. Thanks again, this is the second one we ordered

Ordered two identical mirrors for bathroom. The operating instructions for the remote were absolutely useless. After many minutes of tackling the poorly designed remote, it became obvious that the white light coming from the two mirrors are vastly different regardless of setting, and one of the mirrors simply turns itself on and off every few minutes.

We bought mirrors from this company for another house and had no issues. These mirrors are junk! I’m hoping I can return them as they are unusable as is.

They are spammers. Don't do business with them.

I never hear of IB Mirror, so when I found the style and size I was looking for, I was slightly hesitant to purchase it from a company that I never heard of.
I am pleased to say that the mirror is beautiful and of high quality. It arrived promptly and was easy to install, as per my contractor. So far I am extremely happy with the purchase.
