We are extremely happy with the towel warmer. It arrived quickly and in good condition. It installed easily. It works great. I highly recommend.

If you have a project that is months standing do not buy for IB Mirrors. They have a 14 day return policy that is absolutely ridiculous and will not bend for. The mirrors are still in the boxes and they wanted to charge me 2.25% for the ship[ping back to them upon approval of the return because it was past the 14 days. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the mirrors, they just will not take them back.
Any company that will not conform to the retailer should re-evaluate policy or just not have a business. Out of pocket is well over $1500. Thanks for nothing IB Mirror and I hope that one day this will teach you a lesson in better policies.

The mirror is absolutely beautiful!! Very satisfied with my choice. I was pleased with the packaging my mirror was shipped in. It was sturdy and secure.

The mirror doesn’t look like the photo they’ve advised, it made of plastic. I want to return it but they didn’t reply to my email and I know from the review it costs $100 to return that.

We have several of your mirrors and like them very much. They are of good quality and we had no issues installing them or using them. They arrive in a timely manner and have been very well and safely packaged.

Our new bathroom mirrors are even more beautiful than in pictures. Installation was easy. My husband had a question about something so he called the company and his question was answered immediately. We would advise anyone looking for good quality LED mirrors to use this company.

Mirror was not nearly as nice as it looks in photos and wiring provided was not great. I was also never sent a confirmation or official receipt for the order

I have loved every mirror that I've purchased for my clients! They are extremely well made and provide fantastic "mood" lighting (as I purchase almost exclusively the backlit models).

The delivery was on time, and the product was high quality.

Mirror received was not as advertised, not as shown in images. So returned it, after finding out that the fine print states it will cost 2.2x times the original shipping to do so!!!
Almost out of $200,-!!! And no mirror!

The product was everything that was expected. The packaging was well done . There was a problem with shipping but it was not the company. I emailed the. And they responded promptly.
