Shipping

Have asked where my shipment is but no answer back.
If sending things to Sweden you should use a curier that is present in Sweden and not one that is present in Denmark.
As it is now the shipping number is useless and I cannot track my package!

They not delivery what they promise

iBob offer next day delivery if you order before 21.00 (and they have it in lager). I did it, then nothing happened. Next they customer service promised it will come next they. Nothing - again. And when I asked what is happened I got this. "Desværre er dette ikke noget man kan kontrollere eller forvente." (Unfortunately, this is not something you can control or expect). What?!??? If I am doing this with my clients they fired me immediately.... Why they not change GLS for better? Or why they offer something what they know can not keep? Or at least say sorry...

Thank you for your review of our company.

I am sorry to hear your experience with us. I have looked through your case, and I see that our stock has been delayed by one day in sending out your order. It looks like when we received it Monday evening at 20.30, the stock had trouble locating a product on your order which resulted in the days delay. For this I am sorry.

Futhermore, when we have sent out your order I see that it has been registered with GLS on Wednesday instead of Tuesday. I will look into this matter to find out what went wrong.

In the case of my coworkers handling of the matter, I am sorry. I see the message in the sentence, but do not agree in the delivery. When we have a third pary delivering our goods, sometimes, things do happen we have no control over. This is ofcourse still our responsibility.

As a small compensation for this experience, I have placed a small gift so be sent with your next order. All you have to do, is to call our customer service and inform of the phone number used with this order, and your new order number, then it will be sent with this.

I hope you will give us a chance to show you that we are capable to keep our promises.

Fast delivery

They did deliver the goods faster then I had expected and the goods was also as described in the sale. I will not hesitate to buy from them again. /Ken

Possibly the worst transport company!!

Unfortunately, I still have not received my package. Great that you use a company that apparently does not ship to Sweden. On their tracking pages on the internet, it is noted that the package is delivered to the "Parcel Shop"! Nowhere can I find an address to a "parcel shop" in Sweden. I have phoned them and they cannot even tell me where this "parcel shop" is.
Hopefully the package will be found...

Tak for din anmeldelse af os.

Jeg beklager selvfølgelig meget at din oplevelse hos os.

Grunden til at der ikke står udspecificeret hvor pakkeshoppen er at der ikke ønskes at samle alle informationer på en side. Hvis alle informationer lå på samme side så ville man kunne hente pakken uden problemer, selvom man ikke var modtageren.

Dog bliver der fremsendt et brev til dig når den modtages i pakkeshoppen således at du får de præcise oplysninger på forsendelserne.

Jeg beklager selvfølgelig meget at dette brev har været lang tid undervejs, men jeg har lige snakket med den svenske afdeling af GLS (Schenker) og de informere mig om at pakken er blevet hentet d. 18/04

Denne procedure er ny for os og derfor er alle vores medarbejdere desværre ikke 100% inde i proceduren endnu, dette beklager jeg selvfølgelig meget.

Jeg håber dog at du vil blive glad for din pakke.
