Nice service but always out of stock
It's reAlly easy to order from IBOB on the Internet and you can often be tempted by special offers. Follow up In emails is good but 3/4 of the time goods are out of stock. 2 weeks for printer toner is not good.. There were gifts discounts with the purchase but one of them was not delivered with the original delivery. A bit confusing when I tracked it and got a message deliveredTaastrup..actually it was in my local parcel delivery place already. I just ordered another special offer and it's out of stock too! Over a week. I think if something's out of stock it should not be at the top of the page to tempt me..

Can it get any worse ?
What a disappointment is this company. Communicated delivery times are not met, costumer service does not respond to email and complaints. If an ordered products is not on stock anymore you need to contact them yourself to find out about delivery times and availability.
