HORRIBLE SERVICE

HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE STAFF AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY VACCUM BACK SINCE A MONTH. IBOOD DOESNT GIVE PROPER INFO, THEN ASKED ME FOR MONEY UNDER GUARANTEE. RIDICULOUS.

They don’t refund my money

I have returned a fridge on 1 July 2024 but I haven’t received my money back. It has been 7 weeks since that. I contacted customer service multiple times, but it is the third time that they giving me the same response:
“ Once again the refund was stuck.
We have now fully processed it and it will be back on your account within 2-5 working days.” They keep telling the same thing every time I contact them

Package gets delivered to diff address though you pay such a high delivery price

I pay delivery charges but it gets delivered to different street . You should change the career or not charge delivery charges for this kind of stupid mistakes . I know ibood is not responsible for this but change the parce partners may be

Terrible customer service and plants delivered

Terrible customer service, ordered plants, delivered in bad condition with black spot disease/ fungus. One part of order was also never delivered with no proper action taken by IBOOD to resolve. Also, advertisement included precise expected height measurements and also sold as EXTRA large. On delivery day I immediately provided IBOOD with clear photos indicating that plants are by far not even close to the minimum height as advertised. IBOOD only refunded 2 out of 9 plants that were an issue, ignoring emails and not responding. Plants are deteriorating by the day despite all efforts to keep them alive.
REPLY TO IBOOD’s RESPONSE BELOW- as clearly indicated to IBOOD with photo evidence provided shortly after purchase, these plants had black spot disease and powder mildew, which despite many treatments could still not be corrected- items delivered defect should be 100% refunded, especially when IBOOD has been IMMEDIATELY notified

I didn't expect that from citizen watch !

Very disappointed when receiving the package.
The main rectangular box in which the round box is located is missing.
No paper instructions for using the watch !!!
The watch is really small and the quality is not exceptional...I didn't expect that from a citizen watch.
I don't understand how we can announce a base price of more than €400 for this very poor quality.
