Had two new batteries fitted in Samsung phone and neither would hold a charge. Phone then started playing up whereas it was ok before they messed about with it. Live and learn don’t go cheap

Replacement battery for iPhone 6S.
Work carried out quickly and effectively.
Rather expensive compared to Apple store but I guess you pay for convenience!
Also rather annoyingly the battery health function in iOS stopped working subsequently. Otherwise the phone works fine with renewed life...would be happy to use them again.

Low quality work, phone was damaged and then basically stated to come apart too.

iphone 7 plus given for broken screen and had no problem otherwise..Paid about £80 now i have a phone which doesnt even turn on after a week on repair.. When asked they said to bring it back and thet ll give me a new invoice and a quote for price. A major loss and I ll never ever recommend this to anybody..

I am really disappointed as I have not been informed before I had my phone fixed that the screen will not be an original screen. I was surprised about the prices of fixing it and I understand that it wouldn’t be exactly apple quality screen however not been notified that it will be this bad.
My screen has lost all its brightness and sharp colours. It almost looks anemic! If I was notified it will be like this after fixing I would’ve went elsewhere.

I spent £50 to fix my laptop only to find out when I got home it was not working properly when I took it back to the store in westfield I needed to pay more to fix. In my opinion its a rip off would not recommend to anyone. Save your money.

The staff in the Basingstoke branch are super friendly and always try their best to keep you updated on the progress of any repairs you are having done I would highly recommend this shop 👍

Poor quality fix, sons phone had an obvious poor connection on the replacement battery they did. Went in and the person behind the counter told me it was the motherboard (and was very condescending about it,)
