Friendly staff. Decent communication. Yet, pricey repair without new parts, and only lasted a couple of weeks before it went wrong again

I was very pleased with the service, I had my screen replaced after it became unusable through damage and since going to the Bracknell store it is as good as new. I was also pleased with how quick the service was (I was able to get my phone back within 2 hours).

Fast, professional and friendly service from the team in Camberley.

Was sold a faulty handset. Everytime I used the camera the phone switched off and killed all charge and wouldn't power back on. Had to charge it to get it working again and took sometimes half an hour to even start charging. Also the screen was lifting which I didn't notice before I purchased it.
I went to return it after a few weeks of being unsatisfied with the phone and was told it was a cheap handset and it must of been damaged whilst in my possession and that's why it was going awol.
Disappointed with the service

There were faults with the replacement resulting in me having to go back 2 times. There was no offer of compensation for the travel expenses incurred having to go back for them to fix the fault they made, even when I contacted their head office. The screen is not good quality.

Good service. Had to return straight after having my battery replaced as the new one was overheating but had no problems since.

They fixed my screen, it cracked again within days after no incident. They refused to change it as the phone was bent- they shouldn’t have changed the screen in the first place because the phone was damaged (I wasnt aware of this and the damage to the phone must have happened when the first screen was damaged ) they failed to tell me that bit in the first instance. Would never use them again as simply don’t trust them.

Good value, prompt and polite service

Repair was delayed causing a loss of income. Staff were not willing to discount upon discussion of this matter.

Got my battery, screen and charging point fixed and very happy with the results.

This place is amazing and the staff are really friendly and helpful. My 13 year old daughter smashed the screen of her Galaxy A5 and it was going to cost £140 to be repaired by Vodafone so I took it to IBroke My Gadget who accessed the damage and then quoted me for the replacement screen which was £100. It was fixed within 24 hours and I was called an updated at every stage. In the end I asked for a shatter proof screen protector which was £11.99. They also kindly deducted the fault finding fee of £14 off my bill. I would definitely recommend.
