Good job to change my battery and put on a new screen protector. Did what they said at the agreed price

Was told one price at the beginning and then scammed. I was told to pay £65 for screen repair and when I went to pay I was told £90. Ridiculous scam artists

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced service from these guys. Would recommend them.

Used a couple of times now, once for a cracked screen and the other for a screen that had 'dead' sections on; both times received first class service at a reasonable price.

Absolutely terrible service, had 2 broken phones took them into the store and given a quote, received a phone call telling me there was more wrong with one of the phones and I would receive another phone call with a new quote, next week received a phone call to say work was done and it's £120 more then the original quote, I went into store to see manager and was told they forgot to give me a quote and ask if I wanted the work carried out, the fix became more expensive then buying a new phone, they had me over a barrell where they had my phone and done work I wouldn't have agreed but they never asked me, please do not use this company...

Issue was phone would not turn on and no sign of charging when plugged in. At first was told it was the charging portal, however when picked up turned out it was a motherboard problem. Phone worked fine for a day or 2, then microphone didn't work so no one could hear me. Job was completed early, and was given a thorough explanation as to the problem. Just unfortunate phone still doesn't work properly - having a separate problem.

Screen was fixed but noticed there was a small chip after pick up. Had to return to change the screen the 2nd time.
Staff were helpful and pleasant enough.
