After sending an email with an inquiry about an exchange, I received an answer within 24 hours. I made a mistake with my original purchase by choosing an item that was too large for the space where I wanted to hang it. They offered me a refund for the difference or a store credit. I took the store credit because I definitely want to shop there again. Shopping with iCanvas has been a wonderful experience.
