We’ve been buying car hire excess from this company for a few years now, fortunately we’ve had to make no claims, but buying the service is so quick and easy, and there’s an option to auto renew if that’s what the customer wants. At their suggestion I downloaded the app, and it’s brilliant - all documents there for me. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend
