Simply the best!

Simply the best customer service I’ve ever received! I’ve made 3 purchases so far from Iceboxauto for android headunits for 3 different vehicles and throughout the whole process I’ve been helped and all my questions have been answered quickly and in detail. One of the head units I purchased over a year ago and have still received help and technical support when I’ve needed it. None of the Headunits have ever let me down, I’ve recommended them to friends and family who have also gone through with their purchases and all say the same things I am - 5 stars! I would recommend icebox auto and their products to anybody!

Very poor experience with iceboxautos I…

Very poor experience with iceboxautos I would not recommend you buy from them unless you are local to Liverpool take your money and run better off paying less and purchase from aliexpress or ebay same units,no instructions with their units fitting is done blind and their knowledge of their products they sell is non existence,the one thing you keep avoiding is the 2 buttons fir eco/airbag what do about them nothing in settings and no holes for them to fit these important part of the car and you have solution for just keep avoiding it is that very professional???also your offer of a free removal of the unit is unreasonable you me to travel over 8 hours and over 400 miles to get this done your having a laugh you should come to me as unit is not fit for purpose

HI Martin, sorry you felt the need to leave this feedback. We feel that we have stretched beyond our normal capabilities to try and end this with satisfaction with the following.

1) Out of hours support Via phone and live WhatsApp video call with your engineer.
2) Free checking and removal of the product with our engineer.
3) Sending you extra expensive accessories for free.

Saying we are not knowledgeable to the product or install is a surprise to us considering we helped your engineer out of hours on the initial install and advised him where some of the cables go and how to access the hidden menus to check on configuration of the unit with the car.

Your only outstanding issue is the sim card not working. Baring in mind it was working as you admitted prior to the installer reinstalling the new part. Its not something we can compensate you for nor can we accept threats of these sorts of feedback if we do not pay you money.

Its unfortunate that you had issues but we resolved the initial issues you had with a new part. The issue now is something that your engineer needs to check over as the issue was only present after his removal of the radio.

As, we have advised. We are always here to help so you are welcome to get in touch if you need any assistance with the unit or the return of the item for a refund but please accept, we are not here to tolerate threats so please do not be offended if we choose not to reply to aggressive emails. We have extended your 28 days returns policy from our last contact to the 12th of January 2022.

Again, apologies for any grievances you have with this this transaction.

A bit late leaving a review,reminded…

A bit late leaving a review,reminded after recommending iceboxauto to someone on Facebook forum.
I bought a unit back in July last year and although had to wait a while for delivery,it was well worth the wait.
Item and excellent,responsive and friendly support inspired me to leave a well deserved review.

keep up the good work

At first I was a bit sceptical about dealing with a company so far away from where I live, but after my first phone call to iceboxauto my mind was put at ease, so I made my purchase of the android screen the very same day and it arrived 10 days later, I installed the screen myself, which wasn’t to bad, give yourself a day with now interruptions. I have made several (lots) call’s for help with installation and setup and each time they have been so helpful I can’t rate them highly enough, keep up the good work guys 👏🏼 Andy J, in sunny torquay.

An amazing service

An amazing service brought a head unit for my insignia from this company and can not fault them one bit always keeping you updated on the progress will 100% use them again in the future and will recommend to anyone 👍🏻 😀

Astra GTC OEM Headunit

From early days when I couldn't decide between Tesla Style or OEM for my Astra GTC. Rob was so helpful in answering my questions. Even during installation (which I did myself) he was there to answer my questions. All In All Excellent Service From Start to Finish

I have get in the past an Equipment…

I have get in the past an Equipment from the company. After long time I asked for some help - my expectation was an “I’m sorry those equipment is very old” … but no was! They help me with a lot of information! Wow! a service in that way after more that 2 years is fantastic Thank you!!!!

Icebox Auto = 5 stars!!

Rob is fantastic! Very prompt and eager to help. I think I have found my reliable seller for all my car infotainment needs. His pre-sales advice was top notch. He was never pushy, offered in-depth advice and is always empathetic.

Post sales - i could always reach out to him for any technical queries relating to the product and he was as always prompt in his responses.

Just brought my 2012 Honda Jazz into…

Just brought my 2012 Honda Jazz into the digital age with a fantastic 10.2" Android Head Unit with bluetooth Apple Car Play. And a reversing camera! Needless to say, it's all a great novelty but really does make a massive improvement over having a phone stuck to the windscreen. Waze is now huge, and dead easy to listen to all sorts of music etc. Despite the technology supplied by IceBoxAuto, the real icing on the cake is their brilliant customer service. There were shipping delays from the manufacturers, then when the unit arrived they'd sent the wrong wiring harness. Rob kept me fully informed at all times, which was very reassuring as his workshop is 130 miles from where I live. Robs expertise and honest and open attitude are qualities sadly missing in some enterprises today. So, don't hesitate to upgrade your car, especially with the draconian new laws about touching your phone while driving.

ICEBOX ...#1 THE PROVIDER TO BEAT

I have used Icebox 3 times now for 3 different cars and from purchase through delivery and to aftersales support Rob and his team set the bar for other suppliers to try and achieve. Communication is 2nd to none and in the current climate with the pandemic new issues arise and are tackled and communicated in an efficient and proffesional manner. Keep it up Icebox.

Excellent customer service

I bought a radio for Mazda 6 with Android 11. There were a few problems with the installation, but thanks to the excellent telephone service and e-mail exchange, all the problems were easily solved. Robb, thank you very much for your patience and commitment. Finally, I can fully enjoy using my new radio. I highly recommend this company.

Mercedes SLK OE style stereo.

I got the OE style stereo with apple car play.
It looks like it was fitted at the factory. Blends in nicely. Fitting was plug and play. All wires and plugs were all there.
I struggled a little with the technology, (my fault) but a couple of emails later, with quick response and easy to read and follow instructions. It was sorted. Now it easy. Thanks again

BMW screen
