Had a small issue on a recently purchased Android CarPlay unit I could not get the panel lights to work ,contacted IceboxAuto they replied pretty quick and advised me what I needed to do .on carrying out there instructions the panel lights are now working .Great after sales service would definitely use these people again well done Rob a credit to the company

I ordered a CarPlay unit which unfortunately couldn’t be fitted due to wiring issues but Rob from iceboxauto went out of his way to source another unit and I am looking at getting that fitted soon. This company is well worth using for audio equipment and I would highly recommend them.

Had an Android 12, 12.3" car play fitted to my C class Mercedes today. Great workmanship and very nice people. Highly recommended.

I drove down from Glasgow and got a new touch screen fitted. Unfortunately there was an fault and I had it removed and had my old screen put back in.

They offered to fix the problem and gave me several solutions. Unfortunately the distance was a bit too far, which was no fault of Icebox.
I have to say, the communication was first class. I was sent return labels and kept informed at every point. I was then refunded the full amount less the initial installation fee which I felt was very fair. You should have no hesitation using this company as they are honest brokers. Thank you Bailey and Robert.

I have to say, owning a difficult motor has put Rob and his team to task… they have risen to the challenge, after tiresome fault finding, they have come up trumps… I am a technophobe, but these folks have really helped my choice of aftermarket audio system,

Following my 3rd purchase from icebox and posting an initial review of the service received I fell compelled to add yet more praise to Rob and the icebox team. The unit I bought for my xc90 developed a couple of issues, but a simple polite mail to Rob informing him of the issues triggered a thunderbirds are go type response and he immediately leaped into action, nothing was left to chance replacement parts were sent out, phone calls made and taken, video calls, extensive pictures to ensure clarity of what was being said and prompt action ....I've said it before and you'll find it on thier advertising...icebox is the No1 place in the UK for aftermarket in car entertainment.....well done lads

Service from Robert could not have been better. He is knowledgeable and professional. I had issue with sterring wheel control on my transit custom, been struggling with it for overa year. With Robert’s advice, I got it work straight away. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks a million 😊

Recently fitted one of their units in my KIA Sportage. From my first enquiry the customer service was excellent. The guys ensured I got the correct unit for my vehicle, and sent me a couple of pics for wiring the amp, and a video link showing how to wire the reversing camera. The unit is awesome. If you're looking to upgrade your radio head unit, I would very highly recommend this company.

Got support from even before purchased. In making aire I had the right system for my car all the way to after I had installed the system myself. I did have a couple of little issues but they was easily solved and sorted by the assistance team can highly recommend

I had an issue with my Apple CarPlay which I purchased from Icebox, the first thing I did was to Google the company. I was really worried when I read the reviews , panicked a little and sent a concerned email. However I was pleasantly surprised with the reply, I was given clear instructions on how to return the unit and the reason that there could be a delay on the refund. I returned the unit and true to his word I received a PayPal confirmation of the refund being processed. I think the moral of the story is to not believe everything that you read, be polite

My daughter managed to stall the car four times on the trot, at the time we were using wireless Apple Car Play and somehow it caused it to freeze, the head unit still worked except for car play. I couldn't find how to force it to close or restart. Even after turning the car off and on again, it was still frozen. The normal thing we do these days is to spend ages scanning the internet for a random bloke who has suffered the same thing and yes sometimes we find him. However, I just emailed Robert at Icebox Auto and I had instructions on how to fix it plus some details on scenarios that can cause such a freeze. I'm so glad I used them.

I bought a 10.25 android screen for my Mercedes and fitted it myself. I live in Scotland and I had a few problems, and after a WhatsApp video call with Rob the issues were solved very quickly and he was a great help. I had a few other issues over the last few days and Rob again came good with all the answers and help I needed.

Excellent! Fabulous backup and assistance sorting some installation issues and your man went above and beyond to help me sort this out. Now loving the android unit and can't shout out my recommendations for this company loud enough. Thank you so much.
