Bought a unit for my Kia Sportage recently. Had some difficulties installing the reverse camera, which turned out to be my own mistake, upon tracking back my work. But the support and advice given was first class. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. I even had a video call pencilled in for this week, which is no longer needed, even though the device was purchased over a month ago. Would absolutely recommend them.

This company was recommended to me by another organisation. From the outset they were very helpful. They have fitted an aftermarket head unit , even though they didn't supply it and did a great job. What impressed me was their willingness to look at the product spec I gave to them before I even booked it in to confirm if it would fit. They happily did that and now it's fitted perfectly. The skill and knowledge of the company is outstanding and at a good price. I expected it to take most of the afternoon, as it was not a straight forward swap of the PCM original, it took just over an hour! I was given a lesson on how to use it as well.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

These guys are first class, I purchased a new android unit for My Nissan X Trail to replace the old out dated unit.
They couldn’t be more helpful from start to finish. I had a small issue with the radio not tuning, they put me on a video call with the engineer who sorted it out.
Rob was very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering again from them.

As I have yet to receive the stereo upgrade for my wife's Vauxhall Mokka this review at the moment pertains mostly to the level of customer service I have received so far.
I spent days trying to find a compatible upgrade that included Car Play etc when I stumbled across Icebox Auto, and I am so glad I did! After a good hour of live chat with Baillie and constant pestering from me (sorry, Baillie) I had all the answers I needed and a recommended product to purchase. Baillie had all the answers for me and not once did I feel any pressure to purchase anything, I just received solid technical answers and reassurance.
The icing on the cake though is the promise of installation support when the time comes, after reading several reviews so far this doesn't worry me in the slightest and I'm looking forward to installing the product when it arrives with the support of the Icebox Auto team. I'm sure I'll need it somewhere along the line.

Hi my name is Kristinn from Iceland, I have Kia Sportage 2012, the factory radio was broken and I wanted to update, after some searching on the internet I found Iceboxauto.com, I immediately liked and contacted the company, told Robert what I wanted to do and he gave me good information about which device to buy, what model type and style. After a few days I got the device to Iceland. The device worked very well except for a small issue with rear camera, how should it be connected to the device so I contacted Robert and explained to him. Robert was awesome and gave me information how to connect. The device works very well and I am very happy with my business with the company, and especially good service from Robert. Definitely recommend this company, I will shop with Iceboxauto again

For some time now the ICE market has been awash with Aftermarket Android Head Units to bring slightly older cars up to date with the latest In car entertainment.
I’ve had An AMG Mercedes R230 SL for 8 years now and loved the car. However, one of the only things that troubled me was the dated in car entertainment and “Stone Age” Satnav. I’ve wanted to bring her into the 21st Century for some time but was concerned that all the custom fit units available seemed to be imports from China with limited aftercare support if any and little comeback should things not work out. After searching for some time I came across ICEBOX which retailed the unit I was interested in but had also operated out of the U.K. Though not the cheapest available for the unit, the extra spend required to give me the peace of mind of having a U.K. based firm to call on seemed like a small price to pay. “Long story short” Things could not have worked out better. I ordered and payed for the unit on line and the transaction could not have been easier. The staff at ICEBOX (Especially Rob) could not have been more helpful, and took every trouble to try to save me any unnecessary costs. Delivery was fast and secure by a reputable courier and the unit is now installed and working flawlessly. There were one or two minor issues with the install, but once again this is where the “small extra” cost came into it’s own, as the guys at ICEBOX were all over the issues, sorting everything locally. There were no problems with trying to make myself understood by staff on the other side or the world in different time zones, as can sometimes be the case when purchasing imported goods direct from third party foreign companies.
So all in all I could not be happier. Audio GREAT, Video GREAT, Streaming GREAT, Bluetooth Phone Connectivity GREAT, Satnav GREAT, ICEBOX Products and Customer Service. OUTSTANDING! Thanks Guys,

Rob and his staff have been fantastic, both pre-sales & post sales I have bombarded him with load of technical queries relating to the products
changed my order 3 times never an issue.
I had intended to install the unit myself but got cold feet and decided to drive up from London for them to install the unit, very happy with the result
weeks later as I get used to the unit I am still asking questions and Rob continues to provide answers

This is the second time I've used Icebox Auto. I went back because of the level of support they offered and very fast delivery. Nothing is a hassle and they're happy to help and guide me as I did my own install (Live in Northern Ireland and not practical to travel to them).
Next time, like this time again that I need something I certainly won't go past them.
Stereos etc have a price, good service is priceless these days and they offer it gladly.
