Products are great, and a good selection.
Order came missing 1 item, but it was resolved instantly and was posted out next working day. Customer service was great.
Only comment I'd make is alot of the stuff on the website is out of stock, making it hard to navigate.

The customer service and ease of contacting this company is unmatched.
I have used over 6 different companies, however the level of customer service and prompt replies via the live chat is excellent.
I spoke with an agent named jess who guided me through the process with ease.
I will leave another review in relation to the products, if you are wondering where to browse I would most certainly one hundred percent recommend
This place cannot be beaten on customer service and online help almost instant replies, I forgot to add a product to my cart but through the chat this was resolved very quickly and politely. Well mannered attitude toward customers and extremely helpful.
Thank you ice head shop. Can't wait to order again. Brilliant service.

This company is amazing. Great products. I have ordered from the company twice now and havent been disappointed. Next day delivery. When you can't get what you are normally used to this is the place you need to be. My vape didn't work and without any hesitation they replied very quickly and sent out a replacement. The cookies are one of my favorites aswell.

Great service from this firm, staff are very helpful & on the case, quick to reply with any queries, I have made mistakes on ordering before now, this has never been a problem for them to deal with the issue & sling an order out to me, all the while very friendly, pleasant people indeed.
The products I usually have is Gravity & Nectar, both products I find pleasant & have been very happy to continue using for sometime now, I love the little freebies aswell absolute bonus! And allows one to try something else, of their products.
I wouldn't use any other company, these products are spot on. With such friendly, helpful people, quick to process your order...why go anywhere else!

Excellent Customer Service, Exceptional Products
I accidentality found ICE HEAD SHOP on google and thought I would give them a try as other products and Companies I have used in the past were below par to say the least. I have been buying their products for about 6 months now and am truly amazed at the quality, speedy delivery and especially the customer support.
