Started off ok.... Then she was just rude!
Started off ok with the call handler. She was a bit abrupt. She said she'd call me back as I needed to consult with my other half. I called her back as we'd found another holiday package a little cheaper. She made a really rude comment and changed her complete attitude to outright rude. All because she didn't earn her commission today. Real shame as the website had some good deals. Maybe Helen needs a holiday herself.

Great comparison site for deals
I have used Icelolly for my holidays about 5 times. I find the website easy to use and they make it easy to compare holidays from all of the main holiday companies such as On the beach, Jet2, loveholidays. I always find the best deal with icelolly

Sites bogus
Sites bogus. Beings up offer for majorca but when yoi click to book it opens a new tab and says heres your holiday with arrows pointing down to first choice but doent bring any details up just stays empty page. So I tried looking for the deal through first choice and theres no such holiday in felact all holidays are up buy a extra 500 for the next month. Total waste of time

As a comparison website, our icelolly.com algorithm pulls from a million different options and partners, to package a holiday up for our customers based on their requirements - hence why you may find a deal on our website but not on another website, as we create them for the customer to match their requirements.
We however don't complete the booking, but instead pass you on to the partner chosen when you click out (in this case, First Choice) who will complete the booking (as your holiday would be with them, we simply facilitate a comparison).
However, it appears something went amiss on the partner website and we're so sorry to hear that! We'll feedback to our partners and ensure this doesn't happen again.
We do hope you visit our website again and continue to find some great savings!
Booked a holiday , they didn't honour!!
Booked a holiday. Paid the deposit . Got a phone call later that day saying the holiday wasn't available. The next day the same holiday is still advertised on the site for £600 more.

Due to covid 19 and uncertainty…
Due to covid 19 and uncertainty regarding travel the company constantly tried to stop me from cancelling my holiday by sending me emails but as soon as I requested a refund via email they are refusing to respond or give me my money back.
Customer beware as I wouldn't wish this on anyone not to be refunded.

Great deals, loads of choice
The website has loooads of holidays to compare (millions!) and the site is really well designed and easy to use. The holidays are affordable but you can trust icelolly to still ensure quality. It's my go-to website for finding great holiday deals. I've recommended it to lots of friends and family who also think it's great.
