The portrait came out perfect and exactly as I imagined it would. I was expecting to receive the product before Christmas (as it was advertised to me prior to placing the order), but I received it shortly thereafter. It wasn’t a huge deal because it wasn’t meant for a Christmas surprise.

Great experience! Customer service was great. Initial photo I provided was reviewed at-time-of-order to indicate it would work well, proof was provided quickly, anditem shipped shortly after.

This is the second image I've had had done. I had a princess made of/for my wife a couple years ago and she loved it. This one was of me for her, as a king, and she also loves it. The artist(s) did a great job with the project. I sent them a picture of me wearing a monocle and they went through the extra effort to meld the chain with the painted costume. What surprised me the most was that the quality of the frame was better than the same optioned painting from 2 years ago. I couldn't be happier.

I bought a gift card; the recipient is very excited to choose their portrait. Site is user friendly and custom service was helpful when I couldn’t find my confirmation email.

The Iconic Paw portrait of Benny turned out really great! It made a perfect Christmas present and was by far my son’s favorite gift! The company was prompt and kept me informed on the progress. I was able to review the design prior to the final product being completed and sent.
