You forgot to send shipping information which was delivered when out of town. It sat unnoticed til you sent a review request. Kinda weak!!

Love the Star Wars posters we made with Iconic Paw. Just exactly want we wanted! The reason for the 3 stars was the poor service that I received. We needed to make changes to our posters after seeing the proofs. Getting help from anyone at Iconic Paw was the downfall. Failure to get help in a timely matter really needs to improve!!! There has to be a better process to make changes.

I have purchased three items from this company and remain impressed. During the pandemic, when I made my first purchase, it got lost in the mail. They sent a replacement, no questions asked. Their items are high quality and beautiful gifts. I am a repeat buyer for a reason.

I've received one of their portraits as a gift and I have given one as a gift. Both times were hilarious. I will treasure my Jedi Master puppy forever.

Having made one purchase last month and being so pleased with the quality of service and the product, I decided to order a second canvas print. Started to worry a bit when on the second order I didn't get any of the confirmation emails and emails to approve the design as I had with the first order so I decided to get in touch through their customer service. Got a really swift reply and it turned out that I had mis-spelt my email address!! Gabriel H got it sorted in absolutely no time and I've now received the print. Same superb quality product so doubly pleased! Recommended.
