The portrait that was ordered contained an error. When we notified the company, they did not hesitate but immediately offered a corrected portrait at no cost to us. It arrived exactly as we had requested and now, we have two wonderful portraits of our dogs. They match each other and are a joy to see. Thank you, Iconic Paw.

This is my third time ordering from iconic paw. They are awesome at every step of the photo to canvas journey. I was just as pleased to open this canvas as I was the first one! Absolutely love all my canvases...thank you so much for making my husband and dogs and cats who have passed on...the jedi that they should be...we love them!

Ok, so I tend to think I wasn't their typical sale. My daughter got the Princess Leia with our dog's face 2 years ago. We loved it, so the following Christmas I bought portraits of my wife & myself for my wife for Christmas. Wouldn't you know it. Our daughter felt slighted she was left out. Long story short, I ended up doing a portrait for every family member, alive & past. In total we now have 34 portraits decorating our home. All of which are in Star Wars characters. (so yeah, a couple are duplicates) It is the coolest thing. And to see other family member's reactions to seeing a loved one that passed 20 years ago grinning ear to ear while wielding a light saber is priceless. For those that were wondering, yes if you are ordering larger quantities of the portraits and you ask nicely they may give you a discount. We love these things.

The portrait of Joey, our cousin’s beloved Doxi, arrived in time to make Peter’s birthday extra special. It was perfect, and gave all of us great joy.
Joey looks magnificent in his military uniform, and his portrait now has the place of honor on Peter’s grand piano.

This business is terrible with their customer service. I ordered a memorial portrait of my shepherd dog who passed away. The artwork produced made her look evil -- glowing reddish eyes -- nothing like her. It actually made me cry to see it. I immediately wrote back requesting revisions to the artwork and specifically said DO NOT SHIP until I approve as per their process. Well, they did not make revisions and shipped the "evil" portrait. It arrived and I requested a refund and they said, no problem, it was our mistake and no need to pay return shipping fees. This was supervisor-approved. But no refund appeared. I opened a dispute with my card company and months later, Iconic Paw comes back and says, "Oh no wait, we need you to ship it back in accordance with Shopify policy." And pay my own shipping on top of that! I'm so upset at the hassle, inconvenience, contradictory messages, and most of all having to see my good dog looking so terrible. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
