First, it does take a while to receive the picture although I think they do state the process somewhere and I purchased it in a hurry. I wasn't expecting the material to be what it was and how it would be placed in the frame but it still looks good. I was very satisfied with the comment I left when ordering and how they addressed the issue. This was a gift for a friend and I managed to subtly receive pictures of her 15-year-old greyhound who has been getting sick lately. One of the pictures was a really good one of her dog but her ears were back and you couldn't see them. I sent that picture along with a not-so-good picture where you could see her dog's ears. I left it up to the artist whether to include them or not. They found a way to put them in while basing the picture on the original and it turned out great. This gift brought her to tears and made her laugh on and off for the next hour as she immediately started sharing it with all her friends. She streams video games on Twitch and has added this as the focal point to the scenic items and decorations behind her seat. Thank you for allowing me to offer her this special gift.

Very fast turnaround even for a December order. I ordered two portraits of recently lost dogs for my sister and my mother. I wasn't there to see them open them unfortunately, but they raved about the quality and the thoughtfulness. The ability to have them tweak the portraits before they make them really put my mind at ease when ordering as well. I really thought they were going to just slap on whatever picture I gave them and hope for the best. That was not the case in the slightest. The first (and only, in my case) versions were seamless and professional.

What a phenomenal gift this made for the holidays for a friend who recently put their dog down! Even better in person that the pics online!

Although there was a misunderstanding to start, they came through with great customer service. The final portrait came out amazing. I should have taken a picture of the final product, but because it was a gift, it was immediately gifted. It looks great and everyone loves it!

Honestly, whoever came up with this company is a genius! They understand how obsess people can be with their pets, and made a profit out of it. It’s genius, creative, and customisable. They will send you a preview of the pictures before printing to get your approval on sizing and to ensure you like the choice you have made. They work with you and it feels like you have people who enable your love for your pet. I will be recommending this to everyone and even use this as future gifts to family and friends. 10/10 recommend!

SO funny, SO cute and turned out just magnificent. From the time of ordering it until the time it actually arrived was a little longer than anticipated but otherwise the actual product itself is fantastic.

This is my 4th painting from iconic paw. I love their work. The preview before shipping is a great feature. Shipping on the other hand could use some work. I still give 5 stars because it's not the fault of iconic paw, but they used USPS which is always a nightmare. It took 2 weeks for just shipping alone with no updates as to when it would arrive. I wish they would use UPS or FedEx going forward.
