I and a middle grade doctor working in Haematology but after leaving my training programme ID Medical and my current agent Guhar have provided me with a steady flow of well paid Locum posts for months at a time. I would recommend them to any doctor who is out of training and looking for work, or even in training and looking for an extra shift or 2. Currently I am working a pleasant full time job in sunny Devon and though it feels like bragging you should know I am being paid £90/h.

90% of the reviews on here are clearly fake. A shockingly bad service. They don't look after doctors, they bother them.

Excellent locum agency Imran handles my shifts and he is very good and efficient . Every week he sends me a reminder of all the shifts i have that week. He is available 24 hours aday i can text him any time and he is very quick to respond. The agency is very efficient and organised.

It's been absolutely wonderful to hook up with ID medical again, after a rather long gap. Pooja has been instrumental in getting my file approved and booking shifts. Lovely to work with her again, she's very prompt with her responses along with being very friendly and courteous.

Her care and support for her doctors from the day one is simply outstanding.

She is a person full of energy and has the attitude to light up anyones dull day the moment she greets you once the phone is connected. To be honest one cannot stop that silly smile on the face.
Believe me it makes a difference - difference to the company she works for and to the person she is working with (costumer).
She and her colleagues made sure my recruitment process was smooth and less cumbersome. Her patience in handling her costumers is amazing.

I have been working with Arpita for couple of months, however it seems as if I have known her for years. Arpita is one of the best and amazing Consultants in ID Medical, she is a very hard working person ensuring that all my availability are covered as requested, She is honest and open with me as her nurse , she gives me professional advice when needed too . If there are no shift available she will inform me immediately that sorry the shift is gone but she will try her best to look out if the hospital put out more shifts. What I like about Arpita she is very kind and understanding , she always put my needs first and we are working together as a team. Arpita is extremely committed to her work and extremely faithful.
