Idrees Is very helpful on Facebook. A member of the team rang me when the parts I ordered were out of stock and already had solutions ready. Always FAST delivery. Can't ask for any more than that.

Asked to cancel the order a day or two after placing it online, cus I was told it was going to take a week to come. They said it had already shipped - 5 days before the eta.

There's a 20% restock fee on returns which isn't great. Also a week for some oil? Maybe have something on the website saying what's in stock/how long it would take. I didn't see anything like that on there. I mean if I'm paying 6/7 pounds for delivery I expect it pretty soon.

Also I've seen better returns policies on companies in Japan that I've bought things off. I imagine oil is a stock item so a 20% fee seems a bit unfair.
At least I've got some oil for next year, I guess.

I phoned up about some wheels to double check stock before purchasing and I was rudely told they were on lunch and couldn’t help me until later that day. I then emailed hoping someone else would be able to help me and was told there were only 2 wheels in stock. I then proceeded to purchase the 2 wheels and another 2 of the same wheels from another company. After several emails back and forth I have now been informed that they only ever had 1 wheel in stock and the order has been cancelled. I am now stuck with 2 wheels that i bought elsewhere. I am very unhappy with the customer service provided and would advise checking stock properly before informing customers

I tried ordering a blitz nur spec r exhaust from 3 different companies until I came across ID works as no one had it in stock. They quickly put the order together and accommodated me by shipping to BC Canada. I got what I was looking for quickly and for a fair price.
I would buy from them again.
