Honest review
Three points for me as a buyer, price, service and reputation. They have always been competitive on price, always carry great stock levels, but if somethings out of stock, expect minimal delays. Excellent communication, always polite, friendly and wanting to help. And I'm not the only one who feels the same way. Excellent company. And I can't fault them.

Good people to deal with.
ID-Workz had a delay in obtaining the part from their suppliers, they phoned and emailed me immediately to let me know and to give me options, and they refunded the express delivery fee I'd paid without me having to ask them. I deal with a lot of different parts suppliers and these guys have been one of the best for communication and customer service.
The part itself seems right, but I can't say much more until I get the opportunity to fit it.

Many shipments have been delayed due to Covid and containers are taking a lot longer to arrive in the UK than they were before Covid and Brexit. This is a national issue and not one we're facing alone.
I can't really make sense of the rest of your comment but I can confirm some items that usually take 2-3 days to arrive in stock can now take 3 weeks and we are sorry about this.

Disgusting unprofessional customer service
Purchased a diverter valve and braided brake lines for my car. Was told the diverter valve was out of stock (should have been reflected on the website) and then after being told I would receive it a week or two later, I was told I wouldnt get it until november... 5 months on. The brake lines I got told that even though the website does not mention what number of pieces it is, they only do a 6 piece kit and would have to charge me £38 extra. When I complained that the correct price should be on the website I get told they have ordered me a 6 piece kit but taken 2 lines out due to me not willing to pay more. Then when I ask to cancel the order I get spoken to so rudely stating I am being unreasonable. Such unprofessional and disgusting customer service. I will not buy anything from here. I have one refunded and the other still trying to get refunded.

Apologies about the GFB item being out of stock. We only keep the popular selling parts in stock and some of the non-stock items can take a while to arrive as GFB UK do not stock them either.
As for the brake lines, there's two kits available for your car which is the 4 piece or 6 piece. You ordered the 4 piece kit but then demanded we sent a 6 piece kit for the same price. As we already explained we could either send the kit you ordered or upgrade to the 6 piece kit at your cost.
