Great price fast delivery. Definitely will be using again

Ordered some brake lines and they never arrived, nothing was done about it, just given the response of “it says it was delivered there’s nothing we can do” and told me there is loads of fraud with people saying items never arrived.

Extremely happy with the service and the price of the product. I would happily use them again in any future purchases.

The intercooler itself is really good, but if you go for the Big Boost pipes all I will say is have fun fitting them, the instructions don't give any details on how to do this, this job has taken about 8 hours to complete with two of us working on it, was worth it but just keep that in mind when going big boost pipe options

The service wasn’t great and took over 10 weeks to get delivered from order date and for 3 weeks my order wasn’t even processed. Rang several times about my order and never really helped much on the phone. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Exactly as described very good customer service and delivery time. Just wish I got a sticker to add to the collection but honestly would buy from them again in a heart beat.

After 2 months of chasing them almost every day I finally received my order, only to find the springs were not the ones i even ordered, now I’ve been told there going to send the correct ones but there unsure of when that will actually be.
I had absolutely zero contact from them unless I chased them, I will never order from I’d workz again

Not great delivery service

I have 2 other friends along with myself that struggled to find out when the product was actually going to arrive. Was suppose to be a 3-4 week wait time.... it took nearly 3 months... and one of the orders wasn’t even the correct item sent, won’t be using again

Bought some coilovers for my eg civic from ID works mainly due to the fact they were cheaper than the competition. Had an email shortly after placing the order to explain there would be a 5/6week wait as they were a special order and asked if I still wanted to proceed,no worries to me as I was in no rush....2 weeks later they were at my door 😁. Needless to say I couldn't be happier with how things went and I would definitely consider ID workz for future items 👍

Everything comes on time , i bought a full fordge rebuild kit for glanza on tuning developments and its been over 3 months and still havent got the parts £1900 , if i had of known i would of bought the parts from you

After receiving delivery of an airtec intercooler that took 6 weeks to arrive and not even in the colour i wanted, but that's another story. We attempted to have the intercooler fitted and was advised by a mechanic that much of the front bumper needed cutting out and this would butcher the front of the car. I'm by no means understand the mechanics of fittings mods etc, but I will certainly take advice from the man who was supposed to fit it. i then messaged id workz about potentially returning the item. Granted it was 10 days after the 28 days return policy. I asked if it was possible that they could help and they said yes, but then 10 minutes later they messaged me changing their mind, as management decided to just say no and dig their heels in. After an exchange of replies Idrees (Manager) decided to respond with a real condescending response, how mature! Laughable really. The product has never been used and was barely outside of the 28 day window. I would have given them a 2 star, but for the immature response they deserve only 1.

Not very impressed... Sent out wrong kit even after explaining over the phone my cars make, model, age and reg number, how can a so called professional company then get it wrong. And before I ordered I doubled checked again with them all details over the phone to there sales team before I purchased. So how can it not be there fault seeing as this is what they sell day in day out. Do not buy from this company as all they then do is try and sell you other full kit at a slightly discounted rate. I bought a ram air induction kit for an Audi TT mk 2 2007 with my reg number and stated at the time of my conversion on the phone the battery was situated in the cars boot not under the bonnet... So needed the right kit for that car... Easy you would think.... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!!
