Excellent service

Ordered an induction kit to suit a duratec 2.5l engine. Was never notified that it was even dispatched and turned up at my door about a week later. Fine I can forgive that. And then I opened the package and oh dear...The tubing supplied is approximately half the diameter of the parts its supposed to connect. This is now starting to concern me, this isn't just a little out of tolerance, this is clearly half the size it should be. Luckily there was room to fit the filter without the tubing, albeit awkward. And then came the fitting. No fasteners were provided, more a hassle than a complaint, but the icing on the cake is that the adaptor plate supposedly designed to fit my engine, did not in fact fit my engine.
By this point I'm starting to question the wisdom of buying a £50 induction kit from these people. So I contact them and inform them that the product is not fit for function. They asked for picture evidence, which was provided...And the only further contact I've had since then is the email asking me to rate them...which is a bold move for people who can't measure circles properly, or make sure that their product fits to what they say it does, but here we are.

Nothing bad to say, Brought multiple things for both my glanza and supra and never been let down by them.

Always exceed my expectations with price,availability and speed of delivery. Will not use anyone else for performance parts.

Items delivered super fast and good communication

Bought a airtec stage 2 intercooler from them. Intercooler I would give 5 stars fit nicely with only small mods to do. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that I ordered this to get delivered to my friends garage so that the Mrs didn't find out im spending more on my car but it got delivered here so I'm now in trouble but they did deliver a nice airfresher to my friends garage fo me hahaha

Ordered a set of YSR coilovers for my Lancer, which where special order. They informed me right away of roughly how long it would take due to being special order and kept me updated constantly. All of my queries where answered very quickly by Elli who was awesome. Will definitely be ordering anything I can/need from them in the future.
