Awful company. Waited 3 hours for our bus that never came from Milan to Lyon and contact number did not work. Only recourse was through their website via an application form, after I completed it they told me that I would hear back from them in 6-8 weeks. Got a response this morning that said 6 passengers boarded the bus at the correct time which is an outright lie. Terrible company.

Bus from Amsterdam to Brussels (BOOKING#DSRB73 BUS#1520)
No trademark/logo on the bus, we were standing near it on the stand for half an hour.
When we asked the driver about this, he became rude and made us buy another ticket during the check in, scamming us that he did not received the payment information.
Upon buying another ticket we saw that he had two entries of the same name in his scanner!!
Furthermore, no wifi in the bus for which the driver again scammed the passengers that it is in the bus.
The driver made the bus so delayed that I missed my flight from Brussels to Milan!! I had to reach in an emergency which I missed due to a 2 hour delay of the bus!! (A flixbus scheduled half hour after Ouibus got earlier!!)
It was clearly a mistake using the service, NO WIFI, RUDE/SCAM DRIVER, NO LOGO/TRADEMARK ON BUS, DELAYED ARRIVAL AFTER MY FLIGHT!!

Bus from Amsterdam to Paris on 21/02/19 leaving 11:00 pm. The bus appeared on time and arrived on time in Paris. Aside from that, awful experience.
The driver was extremely rude: keep repeating "I don't know" without any care, loudly dragged about the passengers. One of those idk was to answer why the door of the bathroom was not opening.
The bus was in a terrible condition. The driver's window was broken and the wind was making a HUGE noise, not letting you sleep. The USB ports were broken.
Avoid this company.

Stole my money
Paid for a journey from Geneva - the bus did not arrive and no explanation was provided. I had to pay for accomodation and another ticket to get the next bus to my destination. I requested a refund on the initial ticket where the bus didn't arrive on 6 occassions - Ouibus don't respond to any emails or follow up on complaints and refuse to help on the phone. Do not trust this company as they are fraudulent.
My experience was first rate
I had read numerous negative reviews about Ouibus - so was hesitant to use but it was the only bus option I could find which suited me - so I took the "chance". Lyon to Annecy 2.2 hrs.January.
Booking on-line was easy (English option is available) - you book for a specific route and time. Note - you could only book on-line.
I paid extra for a specific front seat, but you can also just pay for a ticket and you will be allocated a seat one hour before. The driver had a computerised devise with a list of her passengers and their seat allocations and checked us off.
The bus was ready to take passengers on board 10 minutes before departure. We left on time, the bus was clean and comfortable, quite new, with seat belts (sash). We arrived on time.
The only downside for some people is that we had to put our own luggage in the undercarriage of the bus. This wasn't a problem for me (solo female 60y/o) as I had small bags.
I would use Ouibus again based on this experience.
Ouibus is awful
I thought I booked a National Express bus from Brussels to London but I was sent a confirmation from Ouibus.
The bus showed up 30 minutes late. Ouibus staff members driving other buses could not provide any information and there was no staff available at the allocated spot (no signs to show where buses will stop) to assist. No phone number to call.
When the bus eventually arrived, no explanation was given for the delay. The driver delayed the boarding process, ashering in people from a list he had, completely disregarding the orderly queue, rain, wind and cold that we all stood in while he laughed and joked with people he knew.
After boarding the driver socialised for a further 30 minutes but offered no explanation for the delay. When I asked what the delay was the driver asked me what time I expected to be in London.
I traveled to Belgium on Felix bus, and it was great. Friendly staff, punctual and clean.
Ouibus has unhelpful staff, dirty bus, and an all round poor quality of service.
Unexceptable service. Don’t do it even if they pay you.
Worst experience ever in a bus
Worst experience ever in a bus:
I was with my girlfriend December 24th in Rouen, going to take the 16:55 bus to Paris.
But apparently, due to oversold seats, there wasn´t enough seats for everyone.
The driver told us to wait for the Flixbus bus at 6pm. When we went to that bus, there weren´t also available seats,
and as the driver told us there were no more buses, we didn´t know what to do, as we had air tickets to return to Spain the next day.
Luckily, at last minute, 2 people didn´t show up to the bus, so we had their seats.
We were planning to arrive to Paris 6:30 pm, and we end up arriving 20:30 to Bercy, missing a reservation for christmas dinner we had.
So, after the the 1 1/2 hour wait outside in the cold, all the stress of not knowing if we were going to be able to return to Paris, and finally the cancellation
of our Christmas dinner, they didnt even give us an apology.
My advice: avoid this company if you can.
No-Show
Bus did not show up, TWICE. Once for appointed date, and twice at new arranged date with customer service. Customer service is VERY hard to reach.
Nonbus
Bus Brussels-London was 2 hours late, without any given info. There was no Wi-Fi, no electricity, as promised in ouibus publicity. We had to wait in the cold and rain, there was something wrong with the lights also. I use lowbudget buses regularly but now I know, never again will I book this 'Non'bus
Great experience travelling with Ouibus! 👍🏻
We travelled on sunday the 23rd of December from Paris to Utrecht with Ouibus. For us this was the first time travelling with Ouibus and the experience was great. Our captain , Bus 1517, looked first a bit young compared to the busdrivers we used to see on these kind of busses. But he is an excellent driver, we felt save with him from the moment we started to drive. On our way to Paris a few days earlier we travelled with a different company. The drivers where older and you would think more experienced. With both drivers we didnt feel save. The bus was swinging on the road to much and they drove way to fast. Not friendly either. While our driver from Ouibus showed kindness, careness, responsibility to his passeners and job.
The crew on the location where also very friendly and assisting. All of them aswell the driver where speaking very good English.
And the bus was really spacious, luxurious and overall comfortable. I defintly would recommend to travel with Ouibus and next time we are going to Paris we are travelling with Ouibus again. 👍🏻

Theft of luggage under OUIBUS' custody
It is sad to hear other OUIBUS customers have experienced the same issue. I travelled to Paris from Amsterdam recently and my luggage was stolen from the hold compartment. There are inadequate control measures to ensure that only OUIBUS customers have access to luggage stored. In addition to this, the lack of concern expressed by employees including the bus driver and bus terminal/station employees at Paris - Bercy when they were informed was alarming. Furthermore, the OUIBUS complaints handling procedure is utterly inadequate. Luggage that is stolen under OUIBUS' custody is not lost as described by OUIBUS' automated generic response. There is a difference between misplacement that may occur with airlines and blatant theft under OUIBUS' custody which is a risk that you face if you use OUIBUS. I would strongly urge others to avoid using OUIBUS services and for anyone who has or unfortunately will experience theft, to report the incident with the police (nationale not municipal), request the drivers name and video footage of the hold compartment of the bus and if you do not get anywhere with OUIBUS, try filing an EU Small Claims proceeding.
THIS company's service is complete GARBAGE!!!
Same as everyone else, this company is bad to an almost comedic extent.
First they send me a text/e-mail that my bus will have 180min (!!!) delay that I should just wait at the platform. The bus of course never came and I had my make my own personal emergency arrangements.
They ignore EU legislation mandating that they offer alternatives if their buses are scheduled to depart with at leatst 120min delay or will be cancelled entirely.
Although, one would have to have a functioning customer service contact number to actually be offered an alternative. BUT none (!) of their customer service numbers works or they just point you to the online complaints form, which let's you know after filling it out that they will respond within 6-8 weeks (!!!).
This is kick in the face of every person spending their hard-earned money for such a garbage service.
PLEASE, do not trust the positive reviews, I strongly doubt those are real because with such a lack of customer service and bad website, no one can actually even assess if their service is good.
luggage theft
The reason for my message is to let all the travelers who are thinking to buy a bs ticket, ouibus is a bad option, they have very bad customer service and they are not responsible for thefts.
A few weeks ago, I took a bus from Paris-Amsterdam for the first time, the bus arrived 5 minutes later when the driver got off the bus told us that the ones that were going to Amsterdam leave the luggage on the other side of the bus entrance, he opened the doors and got on the bus to start asking for tickets, nobody put a tag or gave us some paper for the luggage that we were leaving, it was raining and when I was in the line to get on the bus I remembered that I left my bottle of water in my backpack when I returned less than 5 minutes after I had left it and it WASN’T THERE. The driver didn’t care he didn’t try to help me or anything, those who were working on the traffic of the buses helped me and told me to send an email to ouibus on the page. I got on the bus and I did not believe that in a matter of a couple of minutes my backpack was stolen, I had all my travel stuff for 6 months.
I sent an email to the page and they told me that I had to raise a police report within 48 hours of the thief, when they answered that mail, it had already been several days, and I was already in London It was obvious that I had no way of how to raise that report, without that requirement they cannot do anything. It is logical that when these types of accidents happen it is to people who are traveling and because they are a transport company it is obvious that you are moving from one city to another. It is almost impossible for you to comply with the steps they ask you when your luggage is stolen.
The reason of this message is to let all the travelers know to not take ouibuses until they show improvements in their equipment procedures for the passengers and customer service when these types of incidents happen.
Extra 300 euro! For their mistake!
We were send to the wrong place to get on the bus.
So we had to get alot of extra costs for our vacation.
Missing 2 days and but still paying for the trip.
After we got contact with OUIbus we told our story and we waited for a whole month and got the message back:

very bad service on Tuesday 16.10,18 night service London to Paris:
bus delayed at outside eurotunnel for 3 hours because driver could not understand English or that he was supposed to be taking the ferry from Dover. Ended up departing at 3am, all passengers worn out, got to Paris after with a 6 hour delay.. Everybody missed their connections and suffered huge costs for new tickets,. Coach company refused any refund.
They are thieves
I had the bad experience of having to modify my tickets. I called the customers services 3 times which worthed me more than 70 euros. They kept sending me to call TGV Max pretending it was the number to call to solve my issue. I always had the reply from TGV Max that they do not deal with Ouibus at all and could not refer me anywhere.
I finally had to give up as it was obvious that Ouibus Customers Services is just a scam stealing people's money. I am now boycotting this company and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.
Good value for money!
I never write customer reviews but decided to do one here as I felt OUIBUS deserves it. My family (2 adults+2 little children) went on a weekend trip to Paris from London Victoria. When booking our travel, a coach trip was the cheapest option that was available at that time for our budget. After booking our journey with OUIBUS, we checked customer reviews in few websites including this and we were horrified as vast majority of comments were negative with one star! We were nervous about our decision and didn’t expect much from the service. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the service we received. Their coaches were pretty decent and clean, leg room was good, A/C was decent, you get enough quick breaks in between your journey to stretch your legs, both drivers were descent and helpful, punctual . The driver always made sure all his passengers are back before setting off after each stop, so you won’t get left behind. On our way to Paris we crossed the channel via Euro tunnel and it was quick. On our way back to UK we came on ferry and kids loved it. On our journey to Paris, the driver came across nice and friendly guy but only made his announcements/comms in French. My only feedback to OUIBUS would be if they can give the announcements both in French and English, it would be welcome by many customers. Thank you OUIBUS!
