Regarding the lock on the wristbands, these specific ones are industry standard for security at festival sites, however if you do need to order again in the future, we do also over adjustable locking options! Feel free to give us a ring to go over your options :)

avoid this company at all costs. took my money, can't make 100 simple bands for a fortnight despite allowing you to pay for next day 6pm delivery (which competitiors can do and actually fulfil in a day or two) then when I contacted them a few days later they refused to cancel the order "per their T&C's" - do yourself a favour and pick another supplier who has some sort of customer service.

Not great - ordered some lanyards... Sent them CMYK artwork, the lanyards was black (as per artwork) the lanyards came back grey. Their colour matching isn't great. Customer Services, just told us to pay again and have another go?

Great experience with ID&C
Great experience with ID&C. They were super quick at responding (thanks Abigail!) and the website was super easy to use. I ended up using one of their templates as it worked so well with the theme that we were going for. Really good quality product and everyone loved them!

I placed 2 orders, paid for express delivery for both, non of them arrived in time (that most possible could be a courier fault), I haven’t received received tracing numbers for any of the orders, for the first order I got charged double the amount and one refund wasn’t processed until I asked the second time and for the second one I’m still waiting even though it should have already been on my account.

The quality of the wristbands were amazing. I was so impressed with the speed of the delivery also.
Using the online design tool was simple, and actually the finished product was much better than the design tool showed.

Order A Month in Advance
Quality is great, but when ordering during busy season the production date is not accurate, my date got pushed back multiple times even though I asked multiple times they reference their estimated time was the most accurate. The merchandise I ordered arrived a week after my event had finished. Please order way in advance to prevent this from happening to you.

This is an 11 day (7 working days) timeline. This order did occur during our busy season and we did communicate that there was no further rush options available unfortunately during this time. We apologize that this missed your event, however if your event was on 6/20, we would have been more than happy to refund the order the day you placed it as that timeline was not going to be possible as it only allowed 1 day for production, and 1 for shipping.

Good product, communication could use improvement
The product is good but communication was poor. The order was put into production before any sample was sent after there were revisions done. I never received a shipping notification either. I had to call over a week later to see if my order even went through and was told it had already moved to be shipped out.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the shipping notification as it should have been sent to xxxxxr@mxxxlxxxxxxbxxxxxx.com. Sometimes UPS emails do land in spam folders so that could have been the case. As for lack of communication, we apologize if you felt as though we did not communicate. I do see that our team reached out to you the day your order was placed with us, to share our concern with the woven fabric versus the full color print design as you had done previously. We then went on to provide you with an option with full color print, and awaited your feedback that you wanted the art from this year rather than last year on the full color print option. We then communicated that we would need to cancel your original order for woven, and you would need to place a new order for the full color print design. Once your new order was placed, the design you uploaded had no issues and was designed on our template so it was what was moved into production. If you were wanting a physical sample before your order shipped out, we unfortunately do not offer that. The PDF on your order confirmation serves as what goes into production.

Not so good quality as previous years
The quality of the bands we used this year were no where near as good as previous years. There is a visible sticker that can be peeled off with the writing on which is a shame as in previous years it didn't seem to be a sticker but written onto the actual band.
