Rubbish
Rubbish. I have had everyone i would not want messaging me, none of them match my advert, my double shared room must be showing somewhere as a 1 bed flat. I have emailed Ideal Flatmate support team 3 times with no response. I paid £25 for a month and this is by far the worst experience i have had. Literally wasting so much of my time responding to people. I filled out everything so i would not get time wasters and so much of my time has been wasted.

This is a scam site, they take your money without advertising the property and the contact number does not exist , I am now starting to take legal action through the small claims court , looks like I am not the only one to be caught by these scammers.

Give your card details & expect unauthorised payments! They are SCAM. Avoid them! no response on emails. I had to get my bank to stop them taking money and open a dispute file to get all the unauthorised payments back!

Bad Service - Hardly Any Profiles.
While there are profiles - they all seem stagnant. Perhaps they should re-evalute their premium membership to match the amount of 'current' seekers on their database.
Bad service.
I emailed them to complain and have had no reply!
I won't use them again.
