Seamless service, great value.
Their website was easy to navigate, the watch I wanted was in stock and at a very competitive discount. Arrived a couple of days later, well packaged. I received confirmation and despatched emails.Now I just have to hope my wife likes her present!

Got there in the end!
Product is good quality however ordered on line when said was in stock for next day bday gift paid the extra and it did not come when I called to ask where it was that's when they said it was not in stock. I explained my issue re need it ASAP and the people at derby store done what they could to get the watch in the store for me the next day, I also got refunded the next day and gift wrapping cost. I would us identity again.

i knew what i was looking for in charms but identity the jewellers had such a wide range that i bought three times as many, they also had a better offer than the company i usually buy from. I would certainly buy from them again as delivery was quick and well packaged,

Very speedy & helpful service.
Had issues completing the purchase of a watch online, so called the store for assistance. Andy was a great help. Whilst he confirmed that due to the value, the payment couldn't be made over the phone, he offered to reserve the item for me until I could complete the online check-out successfully. I was able to complete the purchase later that morning and the watch was packaged/despatched within an hour.
Despite choosing just the standard delivery, I received the item the following day.
I would certainly use Identity for future purchases based on my experience.
