The website was quick and easy to use. the product was exactly as described and the service excellent. The choice of charms was all i could hope for.As i said I will be using this company again.

Found Identity via Google and placed an order for several Nomination charms, received an email straight back saying one was out of stock but that they would be happy to either refund me or send once they received new stock in mid Jan. Nice and personal email , good service and my order arrived within a couple of days. Really efficient service.

I used this company to buy a nominations starter bracelet. I had my reservations as £7 was cheap for nominations. But I was very wrong, my order came in 3/4 days over the Christmas period! It came with a gift wrap box. However, on a personal note, I would recommend buying two 13 link bands to fit all the wrist of an adult, if your not buying lots of charms to go with!
Would not hesitate buying from them again.

I bought a silver chain for my son who liked it very much. The stock was a discontinued line and very good value and staff hepped very much in narrowing down my choice.

Product arrived late. I paid £5 extra for next day special delivery, but it only had £1.20 postage affixed when it arrived!.

With only a few days to go before Christmas I needed a gift for my wife. She had spotted a necklace on the Identity website but I couldn't get in to derby to buy it at the shop so decided to trust to online delivery. It was about 2:30pm on Friday when I placed the order and opted for express delivery to be on the safe side. It arrived the following morning at 9:00am. Excellent service and my wife had no complaints about the necklace so, all in all, a result!!

We used the Identity Jewellers on line for the first time last week. The order arrived within 2 days (not bad in the week before Christmas!). The only drawback with using Identity on line is that you don't have the personal service of their great shop in Derby.
