Didn't expect it coming so quick love the nomination

I was looking for some charms for my Nomination bracelet, so I used google to look for a good deal. I found the Indentity web site and ordered my charms at 5pm on a Monday and they arrived 11am the next morning.
Incredibly fast efficient that I would recommend to anyone .

The item was quickly dispatched. It was anominations charm and came with the giftbox flat packed and a nominations catalogue which I thought was a good extra touch. If it had been a gift would have been nice to pop it into the gift bag along with the charm.

Purchased some Nomination charms from the site which was easy to use and I found what I wanted easily. There is a good choice and all the prices are displayed clearly.
I had a problem with one charm being out of stock which the website did not show me but I contacted the site via email late on a weekend and got a reply within 1/2 an hour.
They apologised and said it would be in stock in a week so I said I would wait. Unfortunately it did not come in so I chose an alternative.
Cain the Assistant Manager kept me informed throughout and the transaction was completed to my complete satisfaction.
I would have no problem using the site again and would recommend to friends.

I am extremely disappointed and regretful about that order.

I purchased a Bering Watch from the shop and along with my other purchases brought them with me when I moved to Australia. I unfortunately damaged my strap and took my watch into a Bering dealer in Australia who were unable to help as they had never had this watch for sale as it was only made for the UK market and Bering Australia was unable to order me one. I sent Andrew an email asking if he would be able to get me one in and send it to me in Australia. Andrew emailed me back to say he was able to get me a strap from Bering and sent it to me here in Australia. It maybe hard to understand but my watches mean the world to me and I was really worried I would not be able to get it repaired. I will definitely be purchasing more items and having them sent to Australia.

I would thoroughly recommend buying from Identity. It was easy to navigate their web pages and they had lots of choice of fabulous items to choose from. I really loved the idea of them not taking payment of the item until it had been securely delivered and the fact that they gave notice of when funds were being taken from my account.
Also the free gift! Absolutely fabulous service.

One of the items I ordered was unavailable. Received prompt e-mail offering alternatives. Ordered new item with price difference. Prompt e-mail sent in reply. I hadn't looked a my e-mails, so Identity telephoned me. All sorted out quickly and I received my order next day. Very pleased with service.
