Fantastic service
I ordered a nomination charm online. it came 2 days later. Couldnt ask for better than that. i had ordered from another company before xmas and although item was showing as in stock it didnt arrive in time and the only contact was when i rang them. Will definately use this company again.

18th birthday present not complete
The next day delivery did not happen I had to telephone and it had not been sent. They have said the delivery fee will be reimbursed. Also one of the items will not be in stock for 2-3 weeks although it said it was available when I made the order.
