Love the bracelet n charms. Didn't take long to arrive. Quite disappointed I didn't get the nomination tool with the package, as I wanted to put the charms on straight away!! Great service tho.

I was pleased with the items purchased and the speed of the delivery. I was however VERY disappointed that the charm tool was not in stock and this was not clear until the delivery arrived. As the purchases were a birthday present this was very significant. I rang to discuss the matter and the person spoken to was very apologetic but I am still waiting for the tool to arrive.

First experience of Identity Jewellers and am very pleased with Storywheels bracelet and charm, I would have liked to receive a Storywheels catalogue with goods though.

I would definitely use this company again. The website was brilliant - I loved the way you could view each item by magnifying the image, which was much better than looking in the Trollbead catalog.
