Good service one item not in stock but arrived within a week of ordering

The service was incredible and easy to do wirh the additional wrapping option was amazing and perfectly wrapped and i was really happy with it and recommend your service to my friends

The website was good, received the product really fast etc. However I'm starting to get annoyed with the constant emails I'm getting from them! Hopefully this review will shut them up!

They had a fairly easy site to negotiate, that was simply laid out, which made it easy for me to purchase quickly, as I was short on time. The free delivery was a bonus!

I recently purchased a Nomination Charm from Identity Online. I received this through the post within 3 days, it was wrapped in Nomination tissue and included Nom gift box and seal. I highly recommend Identity online to everyone! I certainly will be using this website for any future purchases, it's just so easy to use and equally priced to any other charms with free P&P.

the item I ordered online on a Saturday night was out of stock but I was contacted the next day and asked if I wanted an alternative item a refund or await delivery of new stock, I opted for the latter and received the item before the end of the week. Prompt customer service and speedy delivery.

Although I feel Identity offer good quality products and amazing deals I've had problems with actually receiving my order.
I ordered over a week ago, in all the emails there is no indication of how long my order will be or reasons for the delay, The only information I can find is on the website which says 2-5 days delivery, I have had no apology for the delay or reasons, only emails saying it's being processed a day after I ordered and an email asking how I rate the service. If I was informed I would be more understanding as it's near Christmas but other websites I have ordered from have been fine. This is a present which I need asap, I'm unsure if the product will actually fit so would have liked the time to receive and decided if it is suitable and have enough time to send it back and order another, however with it not being here and the lack of information it's leaving me with less time to sort out the issue if there is one. I feel this is unacceptable and not a good experience.

Cain at Identity On-line was very helpful ... and patient. He quickly responded to me that the ring size issue to me (I forgot my wife's size), highlighted alternatives. On identifying a suitable alternative purchase Cain was quickly able to source it and I received it next working day ... well in time for my wife's birthday. My wife loves it ... !!! ... I will certainly be purchasing from Identity On-line again.
