Online experience terrible
Needed to order a gift urgently, not only would the website not work, neither would the discount code I had.
Ended up having to call the store, Andrew was brilliant and honoured the discount for me, will not use the website again as this was the second time this has happened.

Payment taken and no sign of product for a week!
After not hearing anything for a few days after ordering, and much searching for a phone number, the one on the website was not visible. I had to call the company to find out what was happening with my order. I was told the item was out-of-stock and should arrive on Friday. It is now Saturday and have not heard any more. Not pleased.

Good shop so long as you are not in a hurry
Recently bought a Jorg Gray 6500 Swiss chronograph watch from them, watch arrived safely yesterday. I would say this is a good firm to deal with, provided that you are not in a hurry for your purchase, as thankfully I wasn't. The online shop stated the watch was in stock with free delivery 1st class, 2-5 days delivery. It has taken closer to eight days, although Identity state 2-5 working days & there has been a weekend.
I would use them again though

Very quick service
I ordered a Chamilia charm. It was the cheapest I had seen when searching online and included free delivery. The order arrived very promptly indeed.
The only negative point was that the Chamilia sleeve the charm was in was a slightly dented with the charm lose inside it. To wrap it in tissue paper before putting in sleeve would have been better.
That said, I would order from website again if price was right.

Was worried about ordering the charm I wanted to buy a friend for Xmas as I didn't think I would be able to exchange it if she already had it after Xmas . My Wife has had a "Nomination" bracelet for 5 years and loves it....wears it all the time!
Each year I buy her different links for special memories........2012 was London Olympics and holiday to Australia......both amazing!!
2013 has been another memorable year with visits to Rome, Dubai, and Kenya......we are enjoying my retirement to the "max"!!
I have used "Identity Jewellers" for on-line ordering and found them really excellent! A comprehensive range of products stocked, easy to follow web site for viewing, ordering and payment, and fast delivery. Gift wrapping service is beautiful......a lot better than I could manage!!
