I'm very happy with this shop. They have a lot of steelbooks and they are all very impressive. The steelbook cases are top-notch and the design and print work are marvelous. I like the quality and the originality of the steelbooks. They are a treasure to own.

They are a scam, says my order was delivered and didn’t receive it twice. I asked for a refund and they didn’t want to refund my money

Not anymore, tho. And they are EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE.

I bought 7 steelbooks because the old ones i got from this site looked nice, and this time ALL of them are low resolution prints, colors aren't vivid, they are washed out and they now look nothing like what they show in their site.

Blue-sky color for examples nearly looks like white now. They look blurry and lack any kind of finish.
It's terrible and now they all look fake, just like if you slapped some paper-printed cover on your steelbooks with your home printer.

Spending 200+€ on this feels like getting robbed. How can quality keep getting worse and prices going up? It's insane.

Had purchased a couple of empty steelbooks as gifts a while back and were decent.
Recently I saw they had 3 items listed and said With Disc. That to me meant that it was a steelbook with the item enclosed. So I purchased all 3 items. They arrive and are just the empty steelbooks, no discs included. As far as I am concerned it was false and misleading information. I have not plans to ever purchase from them again.

Ordered a limited Edition at my time only 4 left, they send me the wrong edition and i cant make a 1 or 4 star review on their website, very unprofessionel.

This is a fatal mistake to make when atm only 2 editions are left!

Don't trust this site, it seems as though they silence negative reviews on their website, I know this first hand because my 2 latest orders, both underwhelming experiences, I submitted 1-star reviews for both over nearly 3 weeks ago and they aren't even showing, definitely trying to get you to make believe there's only been positive experiences - scam tactic. Also another thing that seems dodgy about this company when I try to contact them it doesn't seem to allow me to continue past the puzzle security game section despite getting it right multiple times, it just refreshes me back to that exact same page. The steelbooks themselves are of very poor quality with issues such as lots of visible metal shaving, washed out colours instead of vibrant, very low resolution quality & a colour correction issue, the worst downside so far though is the spine of my TLOU complete steelbook it has some weird white visible background with the title stamp on its spine that looks like its been half cut like a halfcut piece of paper. It looks like they tried printing out the title stamp on a piece of paper and are in process of being cut with a pair of scissors.

They make and or sell custom steelbooks cases. I've bought enough to know the flaws of these products which isn't mentioned anywhere on their website. 1) The images printed onto the stylebooks are often of low resolution, noticeably lower than official steelbooks. 2) They are often damaged when made. There's a lot of work that's needed to get them on the plastic interior, during which the metal parts often get dented or scratched. These are ignored by the manufacturer and they're shipped this way. For a steelbook collector aka the target market of these items, this is unacceptable.

The worst bit (and I strongly recommend you look at it), is their refund policy. It'll give you a full idea of who you're dealing with and why you might not want to deal with this company. I'll give some extracts since I'm not allowed to link to the full article but the review is both hilarious and worrying since this is an actual company "3. We don't have any return policy! All products are inspected before shipment, and we also put free steebook(s) within, so dont buzz us, and dont think about the return! WE ARE NOT AMAZON!" "2. We do not accept order cancellations! Because your order maybe already shipped, we can't stop it, so fxxk off!" ""We know as well that some buyers are just trying to take advantage of us, get the steelbooks for free. We must to say no to those blood sucking bugs, if they continue to do this, we will close our store. Go to buy those second-hand and third-hand tin steelbooks. We will go on making our designs our artworks, but not for you guys!" All of that is actually in their returns policy as of the 13th of Feb 2025 and has been there for years.

Their terms of service is also written similarly to the refund policy, so I'd recommend you read that as well. Whilst good for a laugh, you need to think about who you're buying from and what type of experience you'll have if you do get a severally damaged item or if your parcel just doesn't turn up.

I ordered Alien Romulus custom steel book. Excellent item, was kept informed of progress of delivery. Item arrived as advertised, excellent packaging & delivery time. Would not hesitate to purchase other items.

Highly recommend. Great customer service. Shipping to germany was pretty fast. Steelbooks arrived in mint condition. Will definitely order from then again.

Customer support aint 2 good but seems the guys running the store has had some bad experience with scoundrels so thats understandable, its a small business so far. If they cant answer every message, thats fine.

Really fast shipping to my country (Sweden).
Nicley packaged too and great looking steelbooks.
My only complaint was that one of the steelbooks were hard to close, dont know if its from the manufacturer or if it got crushed somewhat due to postal service.
But all in all, great company.

4 steelboks out of 5 were fine. the fifth uncharted lost legacy had a piece of the side detached. the delivery was fast, but there was no delivery tracking info on the website or on my email. the promotion for three steelbooks 4ty random for free does not work, although I posted according to the instructions on the website. so i must paid free steelbook. I contacted the site on their email and chat, but I haven't received any response until today. I don't know how the tax service works, because I paid taxes again during delivery

No mention that these are custom-made steel books and not the real thing. Very shady
