Great service and big support to the user. Really recommend to use this service.

Migrated from their free plan to paid-for plan. They solved an issue after migrating without having to ask a second time. Support is great, polite, helpful and responsive. I pay annual fees, so I cannot say that there has been any issues with billing.

It seems to me that a lot of these one star reviews are because of user configuration issues, that the company have put right, but the keyboard warriors still leave a bad review. Take an overall view of reviews. If most of them are positive, and after reading the negative reviews, make an informed decision.

This is a great company, offering services, support and a very useful product for what is effectively very reasonably priced fees. I'd have no reservations suggesting others sign up for services.

I had grate expirience with them and support is always available have their server for like 3 years now and not a single problem.

Have been using iFastNet for my web hosting for well over 5 years now and it just can't be beaten for it price, service and customer support. In the entire time I have hosted my sites on their service, I can only recall 1 major outage, which was fixed extremely fast.

I had a few issues that I needed support's help with. They were super responsive. They're not one of those fire your support ticket and way 48 hours for a response. They usually responded back within 5-10 minutes.

My sites have been disconnected 2 times this week alone. Even their own sites cannot be reached due to a dns error. I will move my sites, there will be no amateurism like this, I lost my ranking because of these

Hands down to their Customer Service. They blocked two phishing domains within 10 minutes of reporting it. Good job.

I received fast and very patient responses to all my questions. As a beginner entering into creating a website this was really important to me.
When I made mistakes I was supported to get my site up and running again.

They suspend sites all the time for abuse even if it is a mistake.

They refuse to investigate either!

If they looked at the site and the logs they would see this is a mistake but they refuse to look or help!

I googled them and there is a LOT of posts about wrongful suspensions that they refuse to look into.
As though they just make it up as they don't want you hosted by them, so suspend you for false reasons.

A lifestyle blog with posts such as "how to keep warm for less" or "how to save money", which are the kinds of posts I have, mean I get suspended for abuse...

Madness.

Avoid them. NEVER use them trust me. Search "ifastnet abuse " and see all the people complaining about the SAME THING.

Their support is shockingly bad too.
Takes forever to get a reply if you get one and if you do, they don't help.

Trust the other negative reviews, they aren't lying.

Why is it good?

1. Decent Performance
- Your website loads pretty quick.
2. Helpful Support Team
- Answers in less than 24 hours, most of the time solves your issue in maximum 5 conversations, or even the fastest, they solves your issue before the reply to you.
3. Good amount of features
- cPanel, Softaculous, AutoSSL, MySQL, php Config etc. Nothing to complain.
4. Cheap
- Only $20 per year on Starter plan, it's $1.7 per month. Where else can you get that?

Cons:
- Small portion of the support team don't know what they are doing.
- Some stuff are outdated, especially the knowledge base
