1 star is generous I would have got a far better bouquet from a corner shop bought a bouquet for my wife’s 40 th instead of it being a nice little extra it could well have been taken as an insult I complained and customer service said it it is in keeping the picture showed a nice bouquet of white roses with pink blooms supporting it backed with ferns and other green foliage I got white roses with some sort of purple flower with small blooms Not big full headed flowers no fern and a bit of hedgerow they commented on how healthy they looked yes because I already told them half went in the bin due to damage of the 4.99 box of chocolates (3 Lindor) thrown into the box and no doubt bounced around on the flowers during transit
Customer service also stated colours are in keeping with scheme what bright pink is the same as light purple if I pay £35 for a bouquet of white roses with pink flowers that’s what I expect not whatever you have lying around and that will do
I paid £35 for the daybreak bouquet I got something I wouldn’t pay £3.99 for in Aldi unless it was marked down due to damage
A note to all guys out there don’t do it my wife was understanding yours may well take insult from what is intended to be i nice treat and if buying to say sorry it will only make things worse
I just wish I could add the photos here to show the vast difference from what’s ordered to what you get

Delivery was good but dozen red roses were of very poor quality for the price asked!
I would have been better buying from M & S where I have just been and the roses there looked far superior.
Never again and I hope my partner will not be too disappointed on Valentines day.

The flowers looked shoddy especially for the cost. I won’t be using this company again.

The recipient did not know that the flowers had been delivered. Why did the delivery person not ensure that the flowers were delivered to the recipient. To just leave them on the porch is not ideal.

I have bought from this company before, their flowers always last a long time unlike buying from supermarket, they come beautifully pkgd and not bashed-about like some other company’s I’ve tried , they send you notice to remind you of delivery (even though yd forgotten you ordered ages ago who yd bought them for 😳)! Yes, definitely will recommend this company.

Flowers did not match the image and were hardly any in the bunch. I was shocked when my partner showed me what had been delivered. Definitely worth the price i was charged

DISGUSTING PERFORMANCE!

Flowers booked to be delivered 3.2.23. Yodel confirmed pick up morning of 3.2.23. Not delivered till 8.2.23. Yodel confirm delivery 8.2.23. I suspect this is a yodel issue and am pleased the flowers arrived. I have used iflorist many times and this is the first time I've had a problem

Very disappointed with the flowers for the cost I paid. No difference at all compared to supermarket flowers that you can buy for £5. In fact I would probably bet this is where they brought them from making a great profit! Will not buy again.

Still waiting for the flowers to be delivered. It seems that the date you select is not the date they arrive !!

They have still not arrived and this was a very special present for my wife’s birthday. Disgusted with the service. Iv had a text saying it’s been delivered but it’s certainly not been delivered to my house

I am not entirely satisfied! Flowers were quite good but perhaps I was expecting something a little bit more 'glamorous'. However, the main disappointment were the 'luxury chocolates' which turned out to be a bar of chocolate. The image on the website showed a box of chocolates. As this was a birthday present, I felt let down by the product and was slightly embarrassed when the present was opened by my niece. I did not consider what they received to be good value for money.

Bouquet was delivered on time and arrived well packaged.

The flowers supplied were of great quality, and nice condition, however for the price I would of expected a more fuller bouquet being listed as standard size but cost more than any of the other bouquets large size value for money it wasn't in addition the wrapping od the flowers was a white opaque film would of expected quality/design.

Did not receive the order and no communication back from the shop as to why. No happy!

The flowers were a gift to my wife for our wedding anniversary and they were in a dreadful state. Some of the buds had not blossomed and some of the flowers were already showing signs of decay. They were very underwhelming and, being honest, I would have received much nicer flowers had I bought them at the petrol station near where I live, paying a fraction of the price.

The flowers were a huge surprise for my mum. Thank you for delivering them on time at the correct address. As I live in South Africa, it is difficult to let her know that I think of her often. She enjoys receiving the flowers.
