The flowers arrived today looking half dead! I expected a lot more for a bunch of £40 flowers! Very disappointed

I purchased a code via Groupon for 50% off flowers I wanted to purchase flowers for my mum for mother's day.
I purchased a medium sized bouquet with a beautiful tissue background and lots of different
colours and flowers, that was worth £59.99 and paid half for it £25.99
When the flowers arrived they looked nothing like what I ordered and there was literally 5 or 6 roses and that's it looked like something cheap you can pick up from tesco express definitely not using this company again literally spoilt the suprise element and left a sour taste in my mouth.
Definitely will not recommend to family and freinds I emailed them no reply so far let's see what they have to say wasted my money!.

Did not arrive in time for a 30th Birthday surprise, and then when it did come the day after, box was damaged. Flowers never bloomed even after following the instructions.

Flowers arrived a day late, my daughter waited all day and was disappointed. I was disappointed with amount/quality of flowers- really poorly.

Very small flower delivered with two days of delays

The recipient says they were delivered as said & as far as I know all ok Time will tell as we say but all ok at. The moment Thank you

Flowers were Ok, but nothing to shout about. Delivery was also late, but that was down to Yodel

The quantity of flowers was very poor for the price £42.99. Really disappointed.
Being kept informed of delivery was good but not happy with the product.

Extremely poor value for money, you can easily get the exact same size of bouquet from tescos for about £7. The bouquet I received was supposed to be worth £48. I am sorry but 10 small roses, some foliage and a few sprigs of purple wildflower does not a bouquet make. I will not be using again. Ever. Terribly misleading photos on website. Customer service offered no solutions and I even included a photograph of the bouquet from them right next to a bouquet from tesco which cost £20 and was far better value for money with fresher flowers. Crap.

The flowers were awful, apparently worth £55 however doesn’t come anything like the photos, I ordered the biggest bunch and it looked like they were from Tesco for £3!!

The flowers were never delivered. It was difficult to contact I florist and when I did that bouquet was no longer available.

Arrived early Great !! ( SARCASM ) BUT no chocolates which i paid for!! NOT A GOOD Advert!!. 24Hrs later additional payment for Chocolates back in my Bank now that is a GOOD ADVERT!! Many Thanks.

Arrive with all the flowers completely open. The following more they were completely dead and had to be thrown out. Really disappointed as this is not the first bunch I've purchased and this has happened

Fast delivery, but the value was poor. What they sent was not worth 54 pounds. And they didn't include the plant food suggested in the box
