I placed my order on 27th March to get delivered on 31st between 11-11.59pm, that was exactly I wanted and it was done perfectly. I live abroad and I wanted to deliver in India and this is my first time with igp. I am very satisfied with their service. It was a sweet surprise for my friend in India. I was concerned that my friend won’t answer the phone because she would not recognize the number at late night but I left that part to IGP, they took care of it perfectly. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. Looking forward to place more orders in the future.

Extremely disappointing experience with IGP.

A midnight birthday cake surprise completely failed because they couldn’t “connect with the sender” — who was international. Instead of calling the receiver (whose number they had), they simply marked delivery as failed and took the cake back. Zero common sense.

Even worse, customer support refused to help me (the receiver) and said only the sender could raise the issue. Ridiculous and frustrating.

If you’re planning something time-sensitive or special, don’t trust them. They don’t just miss deliveries — they ruin moments.

I sincerely appreciate your whole team of igp who make our day more special. Cake was delicious and fresh as well as roses was so nice and my order came so quick .It was my first experience but I really liked it and highly recommended to everybody specially to those who living thousand miles away from home and parents but still they can celebrate together their special days with the help of IGP

Dear Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order (Order No. 17954313) worth Rs. 2000, which included a bouquet, mug, and bamboo planter, along with additional charges paid for prior delivery.

The order was supposed to be delivered to:
28 C, Farms

However, your delivery partner (Porter, arranged by your team) incorrectly delivered the package to:
28 B, Farms at 2:22 PM.

This error is entirely on your end. Despite this, your Indore IGP Head has wrongly blamed us and insisted that we arrange to collect the package ourselves from the incorrect address, which is completely unacceptable.

Additionally:
* The screenshot provided as proof of delivery by Porter (shared by your IGP Head) is incorrect and does not validate successful delivery at the correct address.
* Your customer support has been extremely unprofessional there is no proper call support, and on chat, multiple agents kept changing every few minutes without resolving the issue.
* Even after 3 hours of continuous follow-up, your team continued to blame us and falsely claimed that someone from our side had picked up the package.

As a result:
* The intended recipient did not receive the gift.
* I have neither received the product nor any refund.

This is a clear case of service failure and negligence.

Kindly treat this as urgent.

This is my first order with IGP and I was a little anxious as my aunt for whose birthday I placed the order is very particular about quality. I was so relieved when she loved the double-sided photo frame and rasamalai burst cake! She gave positive feedback and was really happy. Thanks IGP for delivering on time with quality as promised! Looking forward to using your service in future.

Having booked an order long back.. They failed to deliver on time which ruins my plan. Don't trust this site as they often delivery very lately,

Very bad experience with IGP order i did from Canada to my mother who is in India. It was her bday and i placed an order of cake and flowers. The order was never delivered. Multiple attempts from my side to request status and when the delivery were happen were not responded to. Also i requested to cancel my order and refund m,y money but that too was not answered by anyone.
My moms bday was spoiled and i lost all trust in this comapany. I am still waiting for somone to respond back on my order status and cancel and refund my money.

Horrible experience! Ordered a birthday cake and it wasn't delivered. Customer support went missing in action, no response despite multiple messages. Wasted my time and money. Would NOT recommend. 😡 Not trustworthy.

I have placed an order.745 deducted from my account but order not placed and not delivered..i was trying to call but no one answer and no one gave reply to messages 😞 very disappointed...next day i gor a message to give no.and email id.i gave they said your order is confirmed and deliver today..I told my birthday was Yesterday...so cancel order and refund..they forced me to receive that cake day after my birthday..and didn't refund.

The flowers were fresh, arranged well, and the bouquets were delivered with care. Bouquets looked very similar to the image on the website so that was a big positive. Delivery was on time and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend.

The worst service ever I will not recommend this website to anybody. They have the worst delivery timing. They’re not trustworthy and there’s no one to help you with the tracking order. Please find another delivery service for any occasion not IGP. This is the worst experience ever.

Very disappointing experience with IGP. I ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday, but they delivered a completely different cake. When I complained the next day, they said the complaint time frame had expired and they couldn’t do anything. Considering how much they charge, the service was really disappointing. It ruined the celebration.

Good quality cake and it was delivered timely.

I have never ever written a negative comment but today the customer support has pushed me to do so. I ordered a cake and gift for my sister turning 50. Cake turned up after the specified time, no gift and the delivery man made her pay Rs.75.
I've been on watsapp customer support chat since morning only to be transferred around. So they can't help because there is no proof that the amount was paid in cash. It's not about the money, but to question me rather than the delivery guy! And, I have no answer to the gift. The kind lady or man closes the chat saying that my case is transferred to someone else.
So much for ordering a week early! Utterly disappointed that a surprise could turn out like this.
And to think I've been a loyal customer for a couple of years now.

I ordered chocolates and cake to be delivered on MAR 7th. They just delivered chocolates and not willing to deliver cake in spite of making them aware of partial delivery. I feel like cheated. It is more than 2 days and they are not taking any decision.

Ordered a gift yesterday citing that they would deliver on the same day - it's been over 18 hours and there's no response except for automated responses, nothing on email either.

A request to team - please do not advertise false timelines if you can't execute it. Floweraura n FNP are way better with this.

**Update - Recieved a call from their CSM team who lied that they tried reaching out to us yesterday and lied about it. ;)

I ordered bouquet of orchids 4days before women’s day! On the day of delivery the support team assured me that it will 100% be delivered and it haven’t been! They didn’t have any orchids even when on website it was still there available even with one day delivery. They wanted to give me some red roses and 20% credit or 100% credit. It took 3 days to communicate through options, but I got my credits immediately. Then I made two separate orders ( I wanted to play it safe this time) and picked cake and white roses with today delivery. Seems like I was lucky and picked something what was available. Delivery was fast, came was packed perfectly.
So what seems like problem is;
-website is giving you options which are not available
-flower and cake looked slightly different
What I have to commend is their support team, they really did the best and helped me fastest as they could after women’s day. Their system of tracking, connected to WhatsApp and email is perfect and helpful.
As a foreigner I didn’t have many options and I will order again but pick very wisely which products! I recommend looking on same day delivery or even 60 minute delivery.
