AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Ruined my occasion and stole my money!
​"IGP is easily the most unreliable gifting service I have ever used. They delivered my order to the wrong address and then had the audacity to send an automated 'Delivered' email.
​When I tried to resolve the issue, I discovered they have zero customer service. There is no phone number to call, and their chat support is a complete ghost town—they do not reply. They take your money and leave you stranded. Do not trust them with your special occasions; they will ruin them. Absolute worst experience."

One of the worst ever service with top notch carelessness... I'll upload the proofs one by one .. I have ordered a small gift for my wife living in India and I live abroad.. on 13th of Feb to delivery it on 14th
As they promised me they will deliver it on 14th 11am to 6pm .. I clearly mentioned every single details like a baby ... I was waiting n tracking my order till 11.40pm of 14th around 4 hours the order was on the way showing map .. when I tried to call them no response .. I patiently waited till 11.40 and when the order was closed by it got cancelled automatically.. I was trying to call them but no response .. I have all this proofs as screenshots .. they did not deliver my product on 14th that is valentine's day .. was a special valentine for me actually. And 15th I mailed them n they apologised and told me they will deliver on 15th
Which was useless for me ... Even though they offered some discount on next order I told them no need any discount .. just deliver the product... Even then this careless troops delivered the product very late and the main things were missing
I have ordered a teddy chocolates cup cake and a greeting ... Only the greeting and cup cake was delivered ..even though the full amount was paid on 13th

I was so upset ... I told them to come and take back there cake and card

They never turned back .. they did not reverse me the amount ... Cheaters .. robbers .. official cheaters with useless and careless troops ..

I will share with proofs everywhere I can and let customers know about this cheating troop

Once I'm back India even though I will waste my time .. I will file a consumer complaint on this and will surely make them answerable...

Igp always happy to me because it has provide me fresh cake and delivered on time...fresh fluffy and sweet cakes always delivered...thanks to igp... happiness on the way

Extremely poor service. Delay in delivery. For an order that was supposed to reach between 6 to 9. It was not delivered till 12 pm at night. Poor service agent Mr Venketesh. Stopped responding all messages.
Very very poor. FnP is hundered times better.
Whoever is reading don't buy from IGP

Have been using this portal for last 10 years, but last order put me off. Cake was smashed on delivery. I gave feedback, they offered replacement cake, and I said ok and told my family, they will get a new cake. Next day they backtracked on their email, and offered 20 percent refund. Double embarrassment when you order gift cake for your sister birthday which turns up smashed up and when they back track for cake. Deleted my account and started using different app

Huge shoutout to IGP. Yes an order went a bit wrong, but IGP pulled themselves together and were absolutely brilliant to put it right straight away. Thank you for your exceptional customer service.

I ordered Flower 2 weeks in advance, but flower did not arrive the date of order, no tracking, no email, no call, no sms, no Whatsapp. I contacted CS, they did not know everything, they said my item was cake but i ordered flower, they were unable to provide any proof of delivery but told me that 3rd party tried to deliver. I asked for refund but they did not give me back as i did not get item as no one contact me or attampted to deliver, no Proof of delivery at all. Very bad service and experience. DO not use this iGP company, they are lie, unreliable, bad system, bad CS, everything is bad.

I ordered for a bouquet to be sent to Haridwar fr my friends birthday.
It was to be deliverd today 26th between 9am am 1pm.
Till 5pm no activity.no messaged.
Tried all possible ways to contact helpline.no luck.At the time of writing this,the order has not moved.

Ordered a combo gift for my girl friend living in India, picked this website as suggested by my friend, I placed my order 4 days prior and scheduled for delivery on 14 Feb. These scammers didn't deliver anything and claim it as delivered.
When I tried to talk to them, they always hang up to reach support one email, I lost my amount and disappointed my girl friend :(

I placed an order on 17 February for delivery on 18 February through IGP.com. The order is marked as “delivered,” but no one at the delivery address received it. Attempts to contact customer support have yielded no proof of delivery or explanation. This is a serious failure of service and misrepresentation. I advise caution to anyone using this platform for important occasions.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD – Do not use if you are ordering from overseas!
​I am beyond frustrated with the pathetic service from IGP. I ordered a cake for a special occasion to be delivered in India on 10/02. Not only did they fail to deliver on the requested date, but their excuse was completely nonsensical. They claimed they tried calling the recipient, and because the phone wasn't answered, they just... didn't deliver? Since when does a delivery person cancel an entire order just because a call didn't go through?
​I expected them to rectify this the following day. Nothing. No cake arrived on the 11th either.
​When I finally managed to get a response from their "customer support," they had the audacity to tell me the cake had been delivered. This is a blatant lie. The recipient has received absolutely nothing. It is a "ghost delivery"—they mark it as complete in their system just to close the ticket while keeping your money.
​The issues:
​Zero Accountability: They lie about delivery status to avoid refunds.
​Horrible Communication: Getting a hold of a real human who can help is nearly impossible.
​Overseas Trap: If you are ordering from outside India, they know you can't exactly show up at their office, so they feel comfortable stealing your money.
​Save your money and your sanity. Use a reliable service like FNP or a local bakery instead. IGP is a scam masquerading as a gift service.
