I ordered a headphone for a friend of mine in far east, where I was a bit weary and wasn't sure whether everything will be okay. Well, the worry wasn't needed at all, my friend received it in a good time with all safe packaging. Highly recommended!

Headphones did not arrive when expected, as it turned out this was due to failings by Royal Mail. After contacting iHeadphones they immediatley tracked down the headphones and provided all the information for me to be able to retrieve them quickly from the Royal Mail. Excellent, very helpful and friendly service. This added to a great price gets top marks.

kids found this site and asked me to order headphones from them,which was very easy and arrived when said.would order again from iheadphones.

Needed replacement headphones for my running and I placed the order around 4PM and had it delivered to me next day

The post office failed to deliver and failed to provide proof of signature saying they had delivered on a given date even though I hadn't received the goods, iheadphones dispatched a replacement very quickly. And they wonder why the PO is going out of business!

The initial experience was very good and received my Grados very promptly.Unfortunately there was no sound coming out of the left ear straight from the box.I filled in the return form and sent them back the next day with an instruction for a replacement product.I got an email 5 days later to say they wern't in stock so i emailed back asking for a refund instead.3 weeks after that i finally got my refund after 2 emails and a telephone call and never got my return postage back even though it clearly states on their website that return postage costs incurred for faulty goods would be refunded.Maybe i just had a bad experience but i won't be using them again

Where do I start?
Headphones defective on receipt. Time consuming process to return them - at my OWN cost!
Despite completing their own paperwork and authorising credit card options I received a string of emails from from requesting they speak to me. On telephoning, and being kept on hold for 9 minutes, no one at iheadphones really knew why they needed to speak. Finally, after approving credit details (2 weeks later) for a replacement set I was then told they were out of stock, and by the way we won't be refunding the cost for returning defective headphones. Just to prove their disorganisation I have received an email asking me if I am happy with the product - speaks for itself I think!

My headphones broke a couple of weeks into using them. They were quick to email me how to return them and the returning process was quite smooth.

A slight criticism is that they didn't get in contact with me to confirm if they could charge my card the difference for the new pair (despite ticking the box on the returns form), so it took an email to chase them up after waiting a few days for my headphones, but once I had it was very quick to recieving them.

I was able to find what I was looking for easily, the website was very simple to navigate (unlike some others I looked at)

The price on-line including delivery was unmatched, so I placed my order immediately.

The order was placed 2pm, and I had the headphones at the front door shortly after 9.00 am the following day, the order was easy to track online at every stage.

A very impressive service from start to finish!!

Originaly bought some headphoned through Ebay, they developed a fault, this company exchanged them straight away at no cost to myself.

The postage was speedy and their communication was excellent, i will definately reccomend them and use them again.
