Dealing with this company for the first time was a very pleasant experience compared to others, i have had dealings with.

I bought a pair of Beyer DT48 headphones from iHeadphones a few weeks ago.
Although they worked fine the right hand part of the headphone was cosmetically misaligned.
I contacted iHeadphones who immediately arranged for these headphones to be replaced without any hassle.
Within a week I had the replacement headphones.
* The cosmetic flaw was a factory (Beyer) problem and not iHeadphones.
I think their support service was excellent.

Superb service. I live and work in Spain, ordered my Denon headphones through the web site which was easy to navigate round and informative. I received emails keeping me up to date and the headphones were delivered very quickly and matched exactly what was said on the web site. Delighted with the service and would recommend. Used the site on multiple occasions. Competitively priced, good product range and excellent delivery. No brainer really.

First set I got were faulty, had no problem getting a working set promptly. However, I decided they were not for me and asked for a replacement - another model. A week went by with no response. I phoned up and the replacement reached me within 2 days. However, there was clearly some lack of communication between returns and despatch.

I love my purple headphones - they match my coat and i-pad cover! I received them them just one day after I'd ordered them which was brilliant. They were in great condition and are really comfortable to wear.

I had to return some headphones that went faulty after a few months. Over 3 weeks after returning them I'd heard nothing so contacted the company. A representative replied and said he'd follow it up. A week later I'd still not heard anything so had to chase up again. A replacement set arrived a week after that.

So, good in terms of replacing the faulty item with no quibble but not so good in terms of me having to chase them up each time.

The website is easy to use, the image is large enough to see the actual product, details and specs are there and some reviews and recommendations. I talked to the customer service agent and gave me a broad idea and very satisfied!

I ordered headphones for my daughter and sure enough, I got it in time for her birthday. Best on price, best on service, best on delivery, best in resolving issues (if you ever have any - I did and it was sorted in a ridiculousl fast time). Seriously, don't bother using anybody else - save yourself time, money and frustration.
